This is the game that got me into 40k. It was the most JAW DROPPING graphics, combined with the gothic churchlike derelict spacecraft. The sound of them screaming from just around the corner, and the bulkiness of the terminator armor in the tight hallways. This is actually pretty scary if you aren't using voice comms with your squad.
Probably the most aesthetically dead-on rendition of the WH40K universe. Such an underrated game.

That is how you have a good team, the fact the medic Terminator (I believe tis the player we view through) just continues on most of his journey, without looking backwards, knowing his team will take care of any of those SHRIEKS .

@@chrisj1982 Yeah same! I had a lvl 700 on my ps4. I am now lvl 12 on steam. Lol slowly building up. There is not a lot of people who play this.

its a really weird game, its a horde shooter but you are paper thin, weapons are obnoxious to use with a lot of recoil (youd think the heavier a weapon is the less recoil it would have on a walking tank no less)
Would you recommend this game to someone who is addicted to darktide?
Yes but be aware that there is a lot less to it. Fewer weapons, maps, enemies, abilities. This is basically the prototype Darktide improved on.
I enjoyed the game but I felt it was lacking in various areas. replayability on higher difficulty felt less interesting than the 'tide' games. lower weapon variety and lack of down state. teams feel really weak without dedicated apoths. But there is some depth to the combat not immediately evident. If you go in knowing it will be a very different experience than Daktide you may really enjoy it. I like it more than the new Space Marine 2 that just came out.
Are games still easy to find?
There are very few servers. I had to start to play with my friend.

This 40k game missed the mark, everyone hated it....I never understood why!
objects fairly mundane, no real sense of progression, weak story, and most of all, even on the lowest difficulty, you may have been a freaking terminator yet it felt like you were just a normal guardsmen with bigger guns due to how fast you would die even from the simplest enemy

@swordslinger2269 indeed you're in terminator armor for crying out loud most of the basic buggers like the cultists and hormagaunts would take a freaking while to get through that armor, lichters make sense for being able to kill you easily cuz litchers are terrifying but cmon you mean to tell me a genestealer can shred terminator armor at the same rate a litcher can?
part of it was it's launch state was much less interesting than this revamped 'Deathwing' edition which came too late. I never played launch edition but I think many people went in expecting 40K L4D(thanks to the trailers) and the slow pacing and lack of voicelines probably turned them off.
