Reminds me of an old school friend in the west of Ireland who was taken on by an international fashion agency straight from school 30 years ago. I met her in the local pub a few months later at Xmas. She seemed unusually happy to see me and asked me to hug her (I did) I still remember the terrible smell from her breadth. I asked her what modelling was like and she said that it seemed all men wanted was sex straight away. At 19 I hadn't the world experience or intuition to know what she was going through. I didn't talk ; I just let her hug me. I haven't seen her since. This documentary fills in a few gaps for me . I hope she's happy wherever she is ..... 30 years later.
This is really sad, more people need to talk about this, same issue happens in the music and movie industry too that's why a lot of men in the industry are gay, you have to sleep with the male bosses, it's not okay, they earned it through working not be selling their bodies which they are pressured to do so. Especially as a lot of them start at a young age where there is an age gap and power dynamic.
And now homosexuals becomes like a trending behavior in an every aspect of entertainment industry. A lot of them starts with a sin and end up with mental illness because of the regrets and feels so insecure about the past.
It tends to be the most psychically fragile (and damaged) men and women who are drawn to acting, modeling, etc. ...with dreams of instant, unearned acceptance, adoration and glamour. These are easy prey for the demons who have knowingly pre-positioned themselves in these industries.
Please lock these things up. And girls, be something else because if you have to things like this to get a part time job. You're not being paid enough.
