Hello everyone. I failed the PMP exam my first time taking it, but after buckling down and watching David's 200 Agile, 150 PMBOK 7, and Waterfall 100 Questions videos I was able to pass the exam the second time yesterday. I watched each video, pausing at the question to give my best guess, and then resuming to let him explain not just the right answers but also the wrong answers too. After watching all 3 videos I took a break and took practice exams elsewhere and came back to David's videos again to refresh and shore up knowledge. I passed with AT, AT, and T. Thank you so much David, not just for the videos, but for the encouragement too!

Today, I'm thrilled to announce that I've passed my PMP Certification, and I couldn't have done it without the amazing training videos produced by David. 🎉 I've revised these videos several times before exam date.
I can't imagine the dedication and effort you put into creating top-notch training materials, especially for the 200 Agile questions and 100 Waterfall questions. These videos made complex concepts clear, and your passion for teaching truly shines through.
Thank you, David, for being a pivotal part of my journey to becoming a certified Project Management Professional today. 🌟 Your impact is immeasurable, and I'm forever grateful!

I passed yesterday with above average standing and cannot begin to thank you David McLachlan for all these wonderful practice questions. Just few notes about the test - there were quite a few questions about dealing with business interruptions and being forced to work virtually, I think PMI is trying to address COVID. If you encounter those questions, please add to the practice tests. I totally used your logic of eliminating the most obvious wrong answers, but the test is hard and there are too many tricky questions. There were multiple questions where all 4 options were correct but one had to really read and re-read the questions multiple times to find the best solution. There were too many questions about risk, particularly from PMBOK 7, the test seemed to 70% Agile and 30% traditional. I did have CPI and SPI related questions where one needed to understand the concept behind those terms and not calculate anything. I did not use the calculator at all.

Thank you David for making these videos. Just passed my pmp exam on Friday 2-23-24. Be sure to watch the main 3 videos that David has.. these were a huge help! I would also recommend the PMI study hall. Those practice questions are way tougher than the real exam. On all 5 PMI practice exams I got a 76, 73, 73, 64, and 62. Real exam is about 70/30 agile/waterfall

    • Agile 200 Agile Questions and Answers
    • 150 PMBOK 7 Questions and Answers
    • 100 PMBOK 6 - Questions and Answers

I had the fortune of discovering an exceptional individual, David McLachlan, who played a pivotal role in my PMP journey. I am thrilled to share that I have passed my PMP exam today with 2 Above Target scores (2AT) 1 OT. I attribute a substantial part of my success to David. I diligently watched and absorbed the content of his 150 PMP questions, 100 waterfall questions, 200 Agile questions, and the PMBook summary videos. All my practice exams were found through Google searches, and David's videos proved to be an invaluable resource, especially in terms of the encouragement he provided with each question. It was from his videos that I gained the confidence I needed to excel. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to David and his team for creating these fantastic videos. I passed my PMP exam on October 11, 2023. Thank you and love you David McLachlan.

I completed my 35 class hours back in February. I planned out a study plan and took practice exams, read the topics and learned definitions but I was missing some connections for certain topics. I felt discouraged and couldn't pinpoint why I wasn't grasping key concepts. I put studying off for awhile to regroup. It wasn't until late June when I started to map out my revised study plan. Almost all Reddit users recommended David's videos. I dedicated two weekends for watching the videos and jotting down concepts to revisit for further review. Today I took my exam online and passed! David - I felt confident while taking the exam, keeping in mind helpful tips and discussions you shared in your videos. Hands down it was videos that guided and encouraged me on this journey. Thank you for dedicating so much time into these videos and for leading all of us into knowing we can accomplish the PMP certification. Waiting for my exam analysis so I can thoroughly review areas to compare. Thank you so much for inspiring me!

I watched all 3 videos (100 waterfall, 200 agile, 150 PMP, and PMBOK 7th edition explained) and when I took my exam I used the same approach you did and passed AT!!! Thank you David!
I took the exam online last Saturday (09-03-2024) and passed!! AT/AT/T.
I only watched your videos in the final stage (last week) of studies and really, they were fundamental in unlocking the understanding of the best answer.
I did it in Brazil and I didn't have any problems with Pearson Vue (many complaints). I had no contact with Proctor and all the process go well.
The only caveat is that I reviewed all the questions in English and, in my opinion, the translation into Portuguese leaves something to be desired at several points, including impacting the understanding of the alternatives (example: "report/relatar" is not the best translation for escalate). I wish you success!

David- Thank you so much for this content! I took and passed the PMP exam last week with 2/3 sections AT and believe that the lessons I learned from watching this and your other videos greatly contributed to that success! Could not agree more that you make studying fun. Your optimistic attitude is infectious as well! However, I think the most important thing you do is to explain WHY an answer is right or wrong. Given the nature of the PMP exam, this is incredibly important for future test-takers to understand. Thanks again, David! You are the man!

Thank you for these videos. Passed my PMP exam and these videos were super helpful. According to the report the PMP gives, looks like i have done a lot better than I actually expected. Super happy and I really appreciate the effort you and your team had taken to create these videos.
