Why did we choose Agile when the question mentioned that there are enforcement dates or compliance requirements, which implies fixed dates? I was wondering if a hybrid approach could be the answer instead. What are your thoughts?
For question on 1:02, I chose "C" cause the client was concerned about the length of time to complete the project and wanted to reduce the number of cycles. In answer "B" doesnt more product releases mean more cycles?
