      @@joshimukul6467 no supplement can harm your body. If your water intake is minimum 3-5 litres everyday. Mark my words. And According to your doubt I must inform you that whey protein is made from milk. It's just extracted from milk. And it's totally natural. But keep in mind that you buy any supplement from there own official site so that it'll be authentic for sure.🙏

    Pranaam Guruji. Aapne pushups k through stamina build karney ka vdo banaya tha. After 2,3 months exercise gap. When i start workout that trick really works aur main abhi v weekly 2 bar karta hu. Aapka dhanyawaad.

      Guru ji , आज 1week हो गया है, मै रोज़ आपकी बताई हुई ये एक्सरसाइज डेली कर रहा हूं और मुझे मेरे upper and middle एब्डॉमिनल से fat कम होता दिख रहा है।। मेरा टारगेट अब 1month से बढ़कर 2months का हो गया और मै ये डेली करता रहूंगा जब तक के flat stomach के साथ 6पैक नहीं बन जाते ।। Thank you for sharing this exercise and for motivating us 🙏🙏

    Sir I have to faced sytica L-5 L-5 problem from last 3 years. Start from November 2018 and recovered within 2-3 months as per doctors treatment. Now I m facing disc problem. Kindly suggest exercise because I don't want to face these types of problems or decease in my upcoming future. Also I want to reduce my weight. My simply diet i.e. 4 chappatis with sabzi and curd or lassi in breakfast. 4 chappatis with daal and salad in lunch and as well as in dinner. Sometimes I also eat rice in lunch that's my diet chart. No ghee a kid sugar etc.

    When trainers advise on exercises, keep in mind, it might look easy and simple when seeing them doing it. Also they may advise on topics like fat loss, muscle building which is actually spoken in general.
    People that are beginners and those that have more fat deposit in their body will find it hard to execute these movements. It needs a diet based exercise routine to first bring deplete their fat deposit stored in certain areas and then getting used to body movements and exercise techniques to get the mind muscle connection going.
    In short, exercises should be directed based on the level of experience of the induvidual and mainly on their present physical state. eg: you cant tell a person with a huge bulgin stomach to lift his leg sitting on a bench. It takes smaller exercises that involves less effort to get to that stage and other factors as diet and cardio.
    So dont jump to conclusions when you see that you dont get results doing it. This will give proper results for those who can execute it well whithin the rep range.
