Yeah my thoughts exactly, although what makes it more interesting here is they are going from one dimension to another purposefully but it required A LOT of power it seems

Its fun to see a new viewer experiencing DB for the first time. I like the quality of the game and the fact that you get to play along with the story. Seeing her enjoy the story is nice. The tsukkomi was on point too.
I always assumed when Goten and Trunks fuse they became more Saiyan in nature but also with a dash of human childishness. At least they did not inherit the Saiyan bloodiness just the love for battle, probably because they were both halfblood.
Gotenks casually going SSJ 3 and the fandom just accepts it, or think it's super cool.

As a kid i had the most fun reading the whole gotenks fight. It's wacky funny but the awesome feeling of new power ups being revealed is also there. Probably what got me hooked to manga in the first place.
Damn, watching her enjoy Dragon Ball so much for the first time is one of the funnest things I've seen in a long time. XD

Goku had no idea about the downside of using SS3 while alive until the fight with Kid Buu. That's why he didn't know what was happening when he was trying to power up to finish Buu.

Never forget that gotenks could do what vegeta couldnt.
If memory serves me right, during Vegeta and Future Trunks training in the Time Chamber, he said he could do it. It was in the bulky state pre SSJ3 he was shpwing Trunks that he considered it a flawed transformation as it drains too much stamina to maintain and so he stopped there.

It always felt like Toriyama went a bit too much back into his gag manga roots during the Buu Saga to me. Gotenks' whole... everything being the biggest indication of it. Found Gotenks to be pretty unbearable on a recent rewatch binge.
I mean, RIP to Toriyama and his series is legendary, but I personally find the Buu Saga to be the weakest of the major Z sagas after Majin Buu is released, personally.
Glad Pekora could enjoy DBZ on stream with everyone through the Kakarot game though. DBZ is like the world's collective childhood for a very large segment and age range of adults, lol.
