  • What you'll need -
    1x waterfed pole ( I recommend 40ft+ )
1x High pressure conversion kit (Includes fittings of your choice & pole hose)
    1x turbo nozzle
1x flat surface cleaner 8-12 inch
1x trigger system, (foot pedal I feel is easier and safer to use)
& ofcourse a pressure washer to hook it up to.
All my parts in this video apart from the pole was bought from www.preciouswashers.co.uk/
    Phantom Carbon 50ft from windowcleaningwarehouse.co.uk... - "PEC10" Code for 10% off.

By the way, you have such excellent work ethics and it shows in every one of your video. I going to have my son watch your videos so he can see "This is how it's done right"

Cool stuff. Hope every piece is engraved with your ID for security & all stored securely overnight. Lot of crooks will likely have their eyes on this high end setup.

Very educational, especially for those of us not in the career field, but curious how it all works. Thank you for sharing your knowledge! :)

Nice to see the bits put together - I never realised that you had to remove section 1 of the pole to fit the high pressure hose! Could you run both machines (1 van and your other machine) off a customers tap or are you just thinking of a 'spare'? i.e. are you going to have 2 complete setups inc tower so you could both be doing different roof jobs at same time? I sort of assumed you would have 1 van dedicated to roofs and the other for smaller pressure washing, gutter clearing maybe even a window cleaning setup to build a round?

Great videos, Sid, thank you. Could you tell us how long you expect this 900-quid pole to last? I've broken one already (different brand, but similar). It was about 2 y old and I felt I had very little milage out of it, I must have used it 3 times. I used too much pressure and it slit cleanly at the brush end. It's now 12 in shorter... Thank you very much

Yeah I never considered that rest the pole is not the same as actually holding it while jet washing do you think a harness would help or be restrictive on your movements

What pressure do you normally use on the roof, so you can effectively clean it while maintaining good control of the pole?

Do you mind me asking what nozzles you have in the rotary head, I've 035 in my head and I'm running a 3000 psi yanmar diesel but I've no lift on the end of my wfp, so I'm wondering are the jet nozzles insufficient, I've seen 065s but not sure would they help..

Do you still find this the best pole?

  • @paddington4815

Most of the pole conversion kits I can find are 30ft kits but you have a 50ft pole. Does that mean u can't use 20ft of the pole or do u have an hose extension piece inside the pole? Or have I misunderstood something?
