Can't believe you took the decision to visit Lebanon, during such a difficult time, hope you were able to see more of the beautiful parts of my country, Thank you for sharing ❤
@Jarah mansoor Hey Jarah, there are hospitals with top-notch doctors in Lebanon, but medicine is becoming increasingly harder to find because of the economic crisis. I had to go to multiple pharmacies to find medications back in May. I’m not sure what it is like now. Maybe someone who’s currently in lebanon can advise on the current medication 💊 situation. If it’s worse, better, or the same
@Jarah mansoor hi jarah 90% of hospitals in lebanon has closed due to no fuel and the crisis 1 us dollars = 21000 lbp and all the pharmacys in lebanon has ran out of medicine and no fuel for cars anymore and no electricity

Emily & Valentine: Hi! It’s good to see you both spending some quality time in Ole Lebanon. Needless to say, my favorite part of this video was the one that focused on the ancient ruins of Baalbek! Two years ago, I spent 3 days shooting a video for a documentary, but I have not posted it yet. I also liked the Castle of Byblos-a crusader castle near Beirut, where a Phoenician burial chamber still lies today. To me, the historical aspect of that region is the most fascinating one (and the food, of course. Whom are we kidding? Lol 😉). At any rate, I hope you’re both enjoying your summer. I just got back from a road trip across the South, and I intend to travel internationally soon. We shall see where! Take care, good people, and stay in touch!

Did you check the baalbak temples?
I wonder !! …they didn’t say anything about the sites of the Citadelle, absolutely nothing, neither mentioning any visit to the Temples … . No wonder also that people commenting nicely all about, (even correcting the sweets ‘Sfoof’ instead of ‘Foof’ ), DID NOT ASK ABOUT THE TEMPLES, OR BROUGHT IT UP in their generous comments !!
@@DiamondCryOwner yes, it is sad, this huge block might be important but the temples are on a totally different level ( I guess the temples were closed due to Covid maybe ) I hope they tried the sfi7a baalbakiye 😍
food looks nice. we have a few lebanese restaurants in paris, some are better than, others but cooking is usually nice and tasty. some things I viewed look familiar :))
have you tried Qasti?
