Tune your chainsaw bar for straighter cuts…with a marker?!

Inspired by the many helpful videos from ‪@BuckinBillyRaySmith‬ I set about tuning this used chainsaw bar to cut straight, using cheap hand tools, including a black marker!

Did the same thing some years ago, but I was to cheap to buy a file holder and made one out of wood. Over the years I’ve learned the three most important things for fast straight cutting are: a properly working bar oiling system, rails square to the bar face as you pointed out and a properly sharpened chain.
