This scooter is $199 on Amazon right now date: 5/2/19. For $199, it's super worth it my friend!!! I'm getting one today lmao just for the hell of it, and mainly cuz I've just realised that I'll be saving so much money down the road by using the scooter to commute back and forth to work and home! Excellent product which serves it's purpose, and well priced at $199 at this point in time, and I'm well aware that it started at $399 when it was first introduced. I've just discovered this product last week, and I'm very glad I did, because now I won't have to buy monthly unlimited MetroCards to use for transport mostly to go to work and stuff, which costs a little over $130 for a monthly unlimited!! It's obvious the savings are there, and now I won't have to worry about being late to work etc, having to depend on these trains all the time!! This is the main reason why I've considered buying an electric scooter in the first place! Peace Internet People!!!✌️😎

actually yes, GET THE $59 dollar best buy 2 year return plan- I'm on my second the first broke in 3 days. But this 2nd one is now a week old and i use it everyday to go from the garage to work about 1.5 miles away from garage and it makes it everyday so far........ But I'll just return it again if it does break because i like how lite it is and how small its. It also doesn't seem to intimidate people like other scooters because many assume it's a regular scooter and do a double take. I think people see battery packs on other scooters and get scared. I also break the 250 lb with my backpack a lil bit but still works great. Got mine for $190 @ best buy- good scooter for that price. BTW the first one started cutting out at around 9 mph then zoom back up then back down it didn't seem to have a solid electrical connection somewhere couldn't ever get back to full speed. I do wish it had more range but is good if you use it for about 4 miles hardcore uphills no mercy riding and ya may have 1 bar left maybe

Yes, but in this instance the stickiness of the throttle is a defect and separate from the cruise control function. The cruise control is supposed to function by holding it steady a specific speed for a few seconds then releasing the throttle, which activates the cruise control if it is turned on in the settings.
The reason the battery indicator reads 50% is because of the voltage. For me it does the same thing but after I don’t accelerate, the indicator goes back to 100%

You should do a review of the (next drive carbon scooter) is exactly the same scooter though the motor 300w and an output of up to 500w According to the manual. I bought it used from someone for 300$ Canadian I was actually little ticked off when I saw your video considering you got that scooter your 300 bucks until I checked out the specs now I'm glad I still made my purchase. It would be sweet to test ride both just to see the difference

Cheap but crappy product. Very sad they sell this kind of scooters. I saw the S3 model and the new hero model.They are presented by another gentlement, I think his channel is called Kurt V.
He gets about 25 km of range on a single charge, that's much more than the Swagger. The Swagger is the first version of these scooters.
The S3 model is the second generation and is much better. The newest model is still in development from what I heard.

The throttle stick so you can use it like cruise control there should be a button to allow it to do that did you even read the manual before you did the review
That's not correct. The cruise control works by holding the throttle in a specific speed for a few seconds then releasing it, thus activating the cruise control. With this particular scooter, the throttle was sticky and would stick in place occasionally when I released the throttle. I think it might be something to do with the spring, or perhaps it was just overtightened. Not sure tbh.

It's definitely an entry-level scooter and the price has come down quite a bit since this review. I've seen them around for like $250. For that price I would say definitely pick one up if you're just looking for something to play around with, but if you're looking for a serious scooter to commute with maybe a take a look at the Glion Dolly or the City Rover... or if you want something over 9000 check out Works Electric.
Basically I'm looking for something to get me back and forth to the metro (about 1/2 mile). Something fold able to put under the seat on the train. I've been looking at the Glion also. Never heard of the City Rover. Going to check that. Thanks for replying. Very appreciated!
Oh if you're only going .5 miles, this scooter would definitely work for you. It's not going to get you there the fastest, but it will work. :)

Yes, that's right. It's an intentionally designed feature, not a bug.
No I'm referring the throttle physically sticking after it's depressed. The cruise control activates after holding a certain speed for a few seconds, then releasing the throttle. Either way, I didn't find it to be that much of an issue.

I think yours maybe faulty. My throttle stuck once so I defo agree there and I hate the front brake but all the other negative points are not present in mine. I don't have the swagtron but it's exactly the same just unbranded.
Ahhh just had a thought! I picked up the higher capacity battery 8.8 so that's why mine lasts longer.

I'd get the E-twow or the E-Micro One, they're good scooters. More importantly they have better customer service. You can buy replacement parts for E-twow very easily, while Micro is a big company, they can do the servicing for you. Eco-Reco is a good brand too but their scooters are too heavy.
