  • We love Michael Singer’s work. As long as he and TH-cam allow us to post these videos, we will.
We do not receive ad revenue from these videos, but TH-cam may.
If you would like to learn more about Michael Singer’s work, here are a few suggestions: - Every Sunday, Monday & Thursday, he releases talks at www.tou.org. - Every Sunday, Monday & Thursday night, he gives a live talk at his Temple of the Universe in Alachua, Florida. Anyone can attend for free.
He’s written several books. They are phenomenal, even the ones written in the seventies. (We will receive a commission if you purchase books through these links.)

    tinyurl.com/Surrender-Experim...
    tinyurl.com/The-Search-for-Truth
    tinyurl.com/Three-Essays-on-U...
If you’re wondering what Mickey’s saying at the beginning and end of each talk, it is:
Jai Guru Dev, Jai Masters. Jai Guru Dev is a traditional Hindu phrase that means Glory to the Great Teacher (the most accurate translation would be glory to the shining remover of darkness), where the great teacher here is generally considered to be the Divine Soul, while we, as human beings, are considered the individuated Soul. Jai Masters means Glory to the Masters, some of whom Singer refers to at times.
Thank you for visiting. Peace, my friend.

“The very thoughts it creates are custom made to bother you” 😂 Mickey cracks me up so much, the comical mirror he holds up right to our faces so we can see the absurdity and humor in how seriously we take everything is just gold! Thank you again for posting his talks 🤗❤️‍🔥🥰

It wasn't a mistake that I found this great master
Even if he talks mostly about surface level
That's the hardest step and I wish to be on the other side already
Hope many of us will be there soon ❤

What he's talking about isn't surface level at all. He just has a knack for presenting complicated ideas using simple,.everyday examples and familiar metaphors.

They did where I was born for thousands of years. Hardly any cancer or diseases. When we moved here, I was 9 and I was so confused why the doctor didn’t tell me what to eat, what to stay away from, all he did was prescribe medication. After a while I learned you could just tell them what medication you want and that was it. It took 30 years of living here that people started to learn about nutrition and organic food.

Michael, I love your message and have read your books. I thought that listening to your podcast would also be a welcome dose of wisdom. The problem is that you state your points of view in such a strident manner that what meets my ears is the sound of you yakking like you're having some kind of fit. You don't need to yell at us. Calm down and deliver your message in a more peaceful manner and it will be much more welcome. With all due respect and love.

I had this same issue and wished he was more gentle but I now see he holds an important tone and pace in a “mocking” manner very deliberately. HE doesn’t want followers - he just want to wake up those who are seeking.

The new weapon against humanity is they use harp to send out thoughts they can make people feel things and be confused. Our devices smart devices read our thoughts they have bio feed back technology and with the heavy and soft metals in all packaged processed food we are being made in to walking radio towers .
Our phones are sending out to us thier mind control frequency.

I’ve been trying to figure out if this means that it’s a me problem that it feels like torture to do my full time desk job. Even when I’m helping a friend and his family with their business and they really need my help. Is it a me problem that I hate feeling chained to the desk? I haven’t found what else I can do tho.. all full time work has been exhausting for me..

How can you guide the mind to think good thoughts?

    • @SeatsofContemplation
      @SeatsofContemplation  27 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

Use your will to think good thoughts. The thoughts that are auto-generated in our personal mind are based on the stuff (samskaras) we've stored inside. But we can use our will to create any thought we want.

Think Im an outlier here, I love Mr Singer's writing, "Untethered" changed my life. I have been trying to listen to his talks and, while I still value his words, his demeanor and presentation are too sophomoric and his tone is too condescending, too much time pointing out the problem and almost nothing on how to solve anything. I suppose this is my work, but listening to him is making me more tense than when I started, I should probably stick to his written words and forego hearing him.
