I read the book untethered soul 4years ago and I got to that euphoric state & then I let my mind creep back in and before you know it, I was so far away from my awareness that I felt like I was going crazy! I have been trying to go back and read the book to get back to that place and everything has been a terrible distraction, don’t know why. But this lecture. This was the one. Just like that, I have peace. Thank you 🙏🏽

Sometimes I am confused by the teaching. Are we meant to abandon all investment in anything? What about social justice issues? Is to accept suffering as a fact of life also an abdication of any responsibility or cause to advocate for something better?
