From a microbiologist: molds and fungus smell like bread so if my makeup was smelling like bread, I’d be concerned and wouldn’t use. Also considering that molds/fungus love water and such, like a liquid foundation.
I love cream blushes and clean beauty brands always get them so right: creamy, glowy, hydrating and they blend like a dream. Must be due to all of the oils and stuff they tend to contain. My favourites are the RMS lip2cheek in Illusive, Tata Harper volumizing lip and cheek tint in very popular and Kjaer Weis in Joyful.
This probably sounds weird, but I love watching you apply your eyeshadow! Your techniques, blending, and eye shape all combined are sooo satisfying to watch!
That bronzer is so red holy. Maybe it’s just on camera but damn I really had high hopes.
It is very red. Disappointing. Amanda Z has a good review of it where she talks about the shade.
I wish Tower28 would come out with lighter (and deeper) shades of their bronzer because 2 is not enough and i LOVE the blushes!!!
Not sure if those reliable, never-let-you-down products would be synonymous with your favorites, but I’d love to see you do a video of those super trustworthy, never fussy items!!!! You’re not alone! I have seen many reviews where people say the Covergirl skin milk pills up and looks heavy on their skin. The look came out stunning regardless 💕
I agree that this look can translate fall but “summer” looks have really transitioned to being more versatile now. I feel like this colour palette on the lips, cheeks and eyes can also translate as like “hot sunburned summer” vibes too.
Totally gorgeous look! I really love that shadow palette, those shadows performed incredibly. May have to pick that up :-)

CG skin milk is the perfect example of make up not working the same on everyone. My cousin and I got it and she absolutely hated it so she gave it to me. I’ve used it every time I’ve used make up during this quarantine bc it just gives me such a healthy look. Glad I’ve got a back up ;)
That bronzer shade looks like a blush shade to me. Maybe the lighting?
I hated it and I’m so sad bc so many youtubers I watch use it??? idk if I just got a bad one or it just didn’t work with my skin but it was so bad
Quincy Vickers yeah, it’s unfortunate that it’s not solid enough to work for everyone. My cousin feels the same way especially because I tell her firsthand that it’s great. Luckily there are countless options out there. Sorry it didn’t work out for you though!
Do you happen to know any other foundations that give a similar finish/coverage? I absolutely love the skin milk, but it makes me breakout :(
Lily B ah, what a bummer! Have you tried Mac face and body? It has a very similar consistency in formula and gives a similar finish. I’d say it has about the same coverage if you’re looking for light to medium but it’s double the price :( it’s a a great foundation though if you want a fresh look. Hope that helps :)

I also use the cover girl milk. LOVES it i use it with the nyx glass skin primer and it works amazingly with that!

I also got the bronzino in the sephora sale and I really like it so far! i also got their shimmer free highlight balm and it makes me look so nice and dewy, i think you would like it!

Try using the Tower28 cream bronzer with a sponge, it makes a big difference in the application and finish:)

What brush recommendations would you have for cream bronzer?
Julia I absolutely LOVEE that you don't cake on 4 pounds of full coverage plaster foundation in an attempt to cover your breakouts! First, I don't think that it ever really works, I feel like it just looks like a plastered breakout lol. 😂I just roll with it, too! ❤️

Love seeing all the clean makeup since that’s all I use!👏 How do you not own the rms uncover up powder? It has a beautiful blurring effect and it’s a lovely formulation for us oily girls😉 I highly recommend it!

Did you use the new Smith Cosmetics brush for the bronzer?
I don't love the Skin Milk moisturizer for the same reasons you mentioned (smells weird and kind of gross, feels heavy and makeup-ey on the skin) but the blush from the same line is really nice. I like to imagine it's like drugstore Cloud Paint...
Gorgeous eye look! I really want to try the Kosas concealer but am uncertain of which shade to try. I’m very fair/neutral. The lightest shade is cool toned and the next is neutral. Do they all run warm? I saw someone else have trouble with the Tower28 bronzer picking up foundation, but can’t remember who. But, yes, loved this video and would really like to see another.

I would recommend just going with your first instinct on the Kosas concealer, their customer service is amazing and will be happy to send you another shade if it doesn't work :) that's what happened to me, and they shipped me a new shade immediately. They do seem to run fairly warm/yellow so that should be taken into consideration. Hope this helps!

Does anyone know how longs the kosas blush lasts for? All day? Or does it go away during the day?
The eyes and lips are gorgeous! Don't think I'm going to pick up the bronzer though, way too red and sheeny bronzers aren't my thing. Also heard lots of people saying it picks up makeup underneath x

I would buy the shade 7 its not yellow at all and you can just mix it with the one you have to help cancel out the yellow
