Pizza Expo with Libretto and Stefano Ferrara Forni with Frank Mazzuca | Family Style

You meet the locals - even in Vegas! It was great to make a pizza with the team at Libretto at the annual PIZZA EXPO in LV! The were spinning it at the Stefano Ferrara Forni booth with Stefano Ferrara himself! Rocco/Max/Gary allowed me to make a pizza. The oven was amazing! I was down with my client CARRYHOT USA. The show is massive and all PIZZA and more. I also bumped into USA legend Tony Gemignani - this guy is on fire in the world of PIZZA! The good folks from Naples were in full form too at THE VERA PIZZA NAPOLITANA. My client Sandy Plotkin and Michael Cino in Manhattten was right...it's a must see experience!
