I had never thought this would be a problem until last night. New wood fired pizza oven built in the garden, 1,1/2 hour burn until dome turned white, everything going great. Then I couldnt turn the thing! I kept pushing it into the fire. I watched you for so long doing it, that I expected to be able to do it. Thanks for the explanation on the technique

I had this with my stainless steel peel, I had to change my peel. It had warped with the heat and I went back to an aluminum one that is malleable when it gets damaged... Keeping the peel’s metal totally flat is key I reckon. Sand off any chips, sharp edges or stuck-on food, too. Keep it clean.

Hi Vito! Sometimes, when I rotate the pizza I make a hole in the dough with the pale, normally when I have a lot of work and I don't know how to solve the problem. Do you think I can get the pizza out of the oven and use a Basil sheet to cover the hole? Thanks!!!
No this happens because you touch the pizza to early and the dough is not cooked enough so is soft and you make a hole or the oven is not hot enough on the bottom Try to turn the pizza when is brown color on one side and then you touch it and turn and let me know
George Single 10 " and not important the holes but the one that you use to put the pizza inside it need to be with holes this way the flour goes out of the pizza

You have cost me so much money because now I am addicted to making my own pizza and ended up buying a new outdoor pizza oven and all of the supplies to try to master your craft. Idk why I’m watching this I already know how to turn a pizza and I’m only 15 working I learned in two day smh
And why tf is he to far from the pizza I do it with a wooden one and spin it with my hand
