I use Satan's essence that I got from my previous Hard NG+ run, all you need is taunt + element drain, toss whatever else you want though I recommend chaotic will as explained below. Pump vit steroids and buffs/debuffs otherwise he will nuke you in one or two hits because he loves to spam his unique below 30% and has a high chance of crit due to glee and high luck stat. You can see Yoshitsune with 715 vit and still getting demolished in one hit. I got insanely lucky that he didn't spam Freikugel over and over in this run, which gets really frustrating, hence why I use Chaotic Will as much as I can to prevent the chances of him using it a lot more than he should by turning his total turns down by half.
