Most of my Island ideas are nature based, although it requires time traveling as I'm a fall fanatic and want every fall DIY. I've yet to concrete a single idea for terraforming as I usually have motivation issues - even with a small space to work with.
Ive been playing ACNHA since it first came out and I always restart after hitting 5 stars. I gotta dedicate. 😭

I can't bring myself to restart because I'm too attached to my villagers and all the progress I've made since launch. I'm lucky I have a map that I like! In the future, I hope to get another Switch so I can do more challenge-based content and maybe restart with different layouts.

i think the issue atleast to me is that i dont know a efficient way to earn bells since my plan for my island to have a lot of flowers and some places for picknicks however i change my mind a lot when it comes to animal crossing so i think the acre strategy is really good

The best ways to earn bells (WITHOUT selling turnips) are to harvest and sell crops such as pumpkins, tomatoes, etc.; sell cooked meals; and get a wetsuit from Nook's Cranny to dive for sea creatures. The wetsuit can be gotten early on in the game, as soon as you unlock the shop (or have a friend give you one). Selling sea creatures nets you a lot of bells. Selling fish to C.J. and bugs to Flick are also ways to earn a lot, though that might take a while as they're not visiting all the time.
