I have a newer version of this coffee system and I love it. The drawback for me is, I have to slide the whole thing out from under the cabinets to fill the water or to add the coffee for the carafe side. I’ve had two Keurigs thus far and this system makes way better, full bodied coffee and the K-cups brew much better as well.
I noticed that where that button on the bottom of the cup side is dirty. No matter what I do I still see it when you put the water in. To me it’s yuk I am ready to throw it out if I can’t clean that. Can you advise. Ty
The pod option sucks btw mines made two separate pods then decided it didn't want to make anymore. The light won't even turn on anymore. Old school coffee makers are the way to.go

when i use the right side to create a single cup of coffee, what do i do with the pod after i make it? do i leave it in there or take it out?

Thank you for sharing. When I turn on my machine, the Pod brew button does not light up like on/off or carafe brew. Why is that?
Make sure you have water in the pod side tank

Yes very much so. that is why I like ones with removable reservoirs
All i say kuerig king of k cup brewing for my taste . This may be great but if i want pot i would do k duo.but this is o.k. For some
