@@jimmybuckley2459 I'd like to walk to the beach, soi 94 restaurants and bars, Baan Khun Por market and possibly Wonderland so 25 minutes walk to the 88 is out. Seamira House seems nice but not a condo, maybe the Room but I hear the neighbours are weird :)

I intend to walk most of the time when I come to Hua Hin so the 88 is a little bit far.
Why?...its very close to the viewpoint which is a great place to walk in the morning

I’ve been battling cancer for 7 years now and walk from condo 88 to city centre without a problem and I’m not very fit at all ? It’s perfect location
It's not too for mate with plenty of places to sit and rest if ya need too
