I came up with an idea for a half joke map on Geoguessr. The map would be called goats and would contain locations with goats, the animal, and this location. Unfortunately I haven't found enough other goats on Street View yet to make this map idea.

dude i feel so silly right now crying at the super silly edit at the end but this is genuinely really beautiful and meaningful. i watch a lot of travel youtube and inspirational videos about affirming life experiences and people following their dreams and challenging themselves blah blah but this has gotta be one of the most fun stories i've seen in a while. like i think because it's so sincere and humble, literally just two guys getting lunch and running after a car, and something so many people wouldn't see as impressive or meaningful in the world of flashy travel and experience content, but your feelings really come through and how many things aligned in the right way for this to happen is so cool and i just love the giddiness you can see in both of you nerding out and chasing the car.
This is genuinely what I suspect happened, because they are opening themselves up to a lawsuit by not blurring people. Maybe it is just because they obviously wanted to be in the coverage, because they chased the car and all, but they could very well know about Rainbolt.

the google car passed by my house as i was standing down the driveway with my cat a couple weeks ago, i hope i was visible, or at least hope my cat was lol. i was just playing with her and i was about to go inside when a blue car with a big stick on top drove past and i said "hmm maybe it wasnt the google car it was blue" then i saw this vid and i knew it was lolll
that's so incredibly cool! truly a once in a lifetime moment, experienced by probably the only 2 people in germany who can fully appreciate the scope of this experience
My son and I watch your videos. He is only 8, so he doesn't really play yet, but I saw the Google car over the summer. It pulled into our neighborhood, but didn't go around our street. There is only one way into and out of our neighborhood, so I knew it had to come back. I ran, got my son, and we both stood outside until it came back. I checked a few months later, and we are now on Street View. It was certainly a fun experience for us!

I know its not the same, however I get the feeling, I'm also on Google street view, it was like 10+ years ago. I'm a pretty tall person and as I was walking by the street when I saw the Google car I was so shocked I kept on walking and I hit my head with a tree branch. Of course it can be all seen. But I love that it happened and it's a funny story to tell.
Kid me was at my parental home with my little sister and neighbour when the street view car came around! You can still see us three when going back in time there to, like, 2009. So funny and cool!
