    Christian, I’m just amazed. I listen to your narrations about how to do ‘things’ underwater; voila, 6, 7 or 8 minutes later you pop back up and you break the surface you barely draw in a huge breath. My greatest memory was being 17 & making out underwater. Ah yes, memories.

    I tried searching for a weight belt like yours but I never found it, I always wanted to sit down on the bottom of the pool longer than 10 seconds so I feel like this will help a lot.
    Also I have to use the ladder to keep myself down if I want to try and hold my breath which is annoying if you want all your body parts to relax.
    PS: I am taller than my pool is deep so the amount of weight is not much of a problem.

    I never understood that breathe out to dive thing. Yea it makes sense that if you're lungs are empty u can sink better but I could stay like that under wster for maybe 5seconds and thats it

      The trick is to do deep breaths in and out a couple time. This is too lower your heartrate, and oxygenate you blood as much as you can.

    Am I the only one have 5 seconds underwater?

    • @luriddream
      @luriddream 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      It is impossible.. you just panic and underestimate your body and give up, you can train and stay about 10 min or at least 5 under water. Maybe 1 at start ofc. Everyone is able to hold their breath under water about 30+ sec minimum unless they have some very serious health issues
