Thank you again for swinging by Travis and sharing what Liz and I have been excited about building since 2019! It's incredible to see it wrapped up and how amazing it looks.
That’s why it was 100k it’s like a hosue inside with insulation etc lol. Believe me I had flash backs of when you talked about it being the first time being able to mount the plow in a dry place and having no help when trying to go get something done by yourself late at night. This is why I said get a over head crane or some type of lift. It comes in handy when no one is around to help. You’ll get the 100k back easy just in deleted storage fees and travel cost to the storage!!!!!!! It’ll pay for itself! Glad you finally have it 👍🏾
If one feature stands out it's that eyebrow. FANTASTIC choice to break up the front face & add an architectural feature. Hoping all is well Bud, Dirty Jersey out!!
Okay totally random but I must say I just got finished with your book it is awesome thanks and keep up the great work! We just love your channel over here at Nitro Lawnz
Just curious as to what your height restriction is. I'm looking to have a garage built with an attic space or loft/mezzanine. I don't have alot of room so 26x36 is what I'm thinking. I have a height restriction of 15' to the middle of the roof elevation (not the peak). Kind of an odd spec I think. Your building looks great by the way!
Ours was 18’ mean height, which is absurd. I fought the county on it but without wasting significant time and money on a variance, we had to stick with a 14’ sidewall to achieve that 18 mean.
Great Morton building! I love it, I actually live in one, it's a "Shouse." lol. I have a question about your interior walls. I notice the lower walls are lighter than the upper walls? And there is a distinct horizontal line between the tones or colors? Is there a preference or reason for that? I'm sorry if you already covered this in another video, this is the only one I have watched on your channel so far. Thanks for the great content!
@@BriansLawnMaintenance Oh! That makes sense now. I'm not positive, but pretty sure those are what is called "acoustical" panels. And I think they are a premium option too for when you have the interior covered with metal like you do? Way cool! Whether they are premium or not that is exactly the way I'd do it if I had the metal inside like you do! They look great, but also help to make a better sound environment inside your building. If it was solid steel it would sound like a train station or tunnel through your shop! Congratulations on a very cool building!
Now I know why he said there isn’t another contractor that could build it better for less than Morton. It was sponsored. It makes sense now. Also, all of those big “cookie cutter” points that make Morton unique, is a common option for almost every post frame builder.
Brian's Lawn Maintenance. BLM is gonna come protest your company name. You should install a fire suppression system. Hehehe. Anyway, the pole barn is awesome.

Congratulations Brian, Liz,& Morton Building’s!! Outstanding job, I can’t wait to see when it’s done, done.💯👍🏾😀🫶🏾💜✝️🇺🇸
Like the building. Loft is looking good.
That’s a great building! Congrats. The loft is a great use of the space in the back for what you’re planning.
Good choice on using Morton. They stand the test of time.
Congratulations on that new building, it looks great 😎👍
Fantastic looking setup to you, Sir and Morton! But I'm in So. Ca. 😪
You have been blessed, sir 🙏

That looks awesome.
The loft will make you a good doghouse when you get into trouble lol, building looking real good

Very nice building.

Amen brother!
Looks great! I have enough equipment to fill a building that size, just don’t have the building yet. Lol
I have enough crap to fill this and our house lol
I wish Morton’s was on the west coast (Oregon)

is that 4 yrs the standard process time to get a building?
Nah, the whole process should've took less than 6 months. We bought land 2019 and we didn't decide to build until 2023/2024
@@BriansLawnMaintenance roger that thx.

I am not totally sure I just know it’s perforated in some regard with those holes on the upper half. Maybe a venting thing?

Man wishing i would have gone a little taller and did a loft in mine
Always the next one bro!
Thats a nice building. Wonder if they cone to tn to build?
They’re all over!
Great looking building. Can we get a brians10 with mortons?
Haha I wish

Please let me know the specs and brand name of the overhead doors
I’ll have a full break down video on it soon enough!
Hey man when are your new exmark vertex x series stand on mowers coming in
We have 2 on order for spring! 🤫
First and congrats
Thanks brother!
How much?
I’ll have a full price break down video here soon enough!
@@BriansLawnMaintenance Looking forward to the breakdown. Just got my Morton quote today. $125K 30x40 with 12x40 lean-to, no concrete or insulation.
Where's the electric?
Being installed soon. Takes time!
Not a builder but some things seem backwards, why not loft and electrical before metal interior finish
Different crews and different timelines. My carpenter team from the house build did the loft and electrical. Morton’s doesn’t do that portion.
@@BriansLawnMaintenance seems like so much extra, but understandable with two different sets of people involved

😉
4 years to get a two car Morton building built? That’s ridiculous.
Lol. That’s funny.
NO electric.....NO lights.....NO elec. sockets ???????? NO water ????????
It’s all being worked on next. Things take time to be installed champ.
Congrats
