Bhai mujhe 20 kilo kam karana hai aur testosterone vi badhana hai..mai apka wo HIIT wala 4 excercise daily karta hu jo apne upload ki thi.. jumping jacks,push up, jumping squat , burpees...me gym vi jata hu..waha lat pull down, sit ups ye sab karta hu..mujhe aur kya kya karna chahiye..2 mahine ho gaye mujhe gym join karte huye..at present mera weight hai 105 kgs and height hai 6 ft.. Aur mere jaise bohot sare aise log vi honge for sure jinko aisa problem hai.. Please make a video for us regarding this issue
