In 4 weeks i am seeing exponential growth, would recommend to use every single day, at least 7 hours a day, for at least 8 weeks. I will keep posting my growth. Thank you five minute fitness for this blessing of a workout, really helps to come closer to my goal being sam sulek.

1st exercise description speaks to repeating paused squats while the video appears to be squat and hold the entire time. Why doesn't the video show the repeated squats?

How long have you been on this particular exercise and has it been helpful
Okay so these are great exercises but where is the support for these increasing T? Resistance training may help increase Test in some but typically also requires the correct nutrients (zinc, the B's, C, D, Magnesium, etc) What is special about this routine for increasing T?
Even if it did increase it, which I doubt! It would only be for a very brief period and you wouldn't even notice the increase as it would be next to nothing. Workout, stay healthy and if something still ain't working right just visit the doctor and stop watching videos like this 👍
Well, there isn’t much, but your large muscle groups produce testosterone as well, glutes, back quads and whatnot. Also, your hip flexors all the way down to your toes very much dictate your erectiom quality, which may make it seem like your testo is increasing

Not fully through the video yet, but it's a bit confusing. The narration for the first exercise says to hold the squat for a second, then return to standing, but the animation just holds the squat the entire time. Then, for the glute bridge, the narration says to hold the bridge, but the animation shows just holding for a moment then dropping back to the floor. In both cases, follow either the animation or the narration seems viable, which is the preferred option? Edited to add, this goes for the Reverse Plank exercise as well.
Last one too. Is it supposed to be held or more like a push up on your back?

Yes bf had short pencil that you could barely feel even in the back. Then my dad and bf exercised together and bf started to grow and still is growing. Now I can start to feel him in my c. nut. Not as big as dad .
