Alright guys, let's check out the alternate hard route of section 3 of the new Chattahoochee BDR-X on the TW200. We'll cook some lunch and I'll do a little favorite knife review!! The road and trail we take today is Popcorn Creek and it really was a fantastic ride!

An awesome adventure as you guys always do, thanks for taking us along
Appreciate ya watching man!!
A rave review on a knife we can never find... so mean! 😂 Happy trails!
Maybe that fellow will see it! 😂 Thanks for watching!
Popcorn Creek is one of the best rides around our area. Some of those side trails are decent. I'm like you, I have been by there several times and never knew it was there until last year. Great video! Love the story telling and the fact that you took the time to stop and cook lunch. That always seems to add to the adventure.
Nothing like a trailside real meal!! Thanks for watching man!
I remember seeing you on the side of Popcorn Creek. I was the last guy on the red /black AT that passed. We rode the Chattahoochee BDRX in 2 days. Popcorn Creek was on our first morning. Great adventure
@@shakeyjake97 no way! That's super cool! I tried to fall back in behind you guys but y'all were outta there! Good times man. Small world and glad you found the channel. My latest two videos are back in the area and we found some really good less traveled areas as well!
@@PSBEadventures I was just watching the 2nd part of the winter ride over near Warwoman. We ride that area a lot, I am in MUrrayville Ga, between Gainesville and Dahlonega, so we ride all over NE Ga, and WNC. Also started following yo on Instagram.
@shakeyjake97 awesome! How lucky we are to live in the corner of these great States man! Appreciate that! I'll shoot you a follow back! Have a great Christmas!
Man I’m jealous looked like a great ride! Can’t wait to get out for another one with you buddy.
Same here man! I'll holler soon!! I went out to test the camera and new wind sock. Think it did pretty decent!
wish i lived in that area
Nice little adventure, cameras never show what the eyes really see lol. Great knife and gear, sometimes its just the little things that make the biggest impact! 👍🏼
It definitely is the little things!! Thanks for the good word!
what a great ride! you covered a lot of topics.
It was fantastic man! Thanks for watching!
Just a friendly reminder for everybody to watch for snakes especially near water like where you had lunch and around the log you sat on. A good idea is to proceed cautiously and perhaps it would help to rev up the bike's motor good and loud before shutting down, perhaps the sound and reverberations in the air and ground will scare snakes away. Also perhaps shuffling slowly through the leaves that were covering the area where you were at would frighten them away. They have been known to be more active in the fall when they are seeking places to overwinter and hibernate (and in the Spring when they are coming out of hibernation). A guy on a BDR got bit by a rattlesnake when he walked up to a stream to fill up his water container.
@@jwerner3903 yep. I've seen a ton of timber rattlers right here in this exact spot. I don't want to put out wrong info, but it was in the 40s or close this late in the day and I figured it was cold enough to make them super lazy. My buddy in Tasmania calls them wiggle sticks. Also the road the fellow on TV got bitten on is just a few hundred yards from here. www.wtvm.com/story/19069823/2012/07/Thursday/man-survives-bad-rattlesnake-bite/
@@PSBEadventuresSounds like you have a healthy respect for snakes but you don’t let them keep you from getting out there! I’m guessing you grew up in that area. People who grew up in the country seem to keep snakes in perspective, those of us who didn’t tend to get more freaked out.
@jwerner3903 yep! Grew up in the hills of Appalachia. We definitely have a respect for them!
Let’s go!!!
Great day for it!!!
Great ride
It sure was! Thanks for watching!!
Every time I used that knife I wanted to confiscate it lol. Sure wish we could find some more 😊
@@CharliePorter-h6w that's right!
Should have cooked lunch by focusing the sun with those glasses.
They won't let me wear them in the bank because is the suns just right they'll burn the hinges off
How do you get the time to do all this riding ??
First ride I'd been on in quite a while! Finally had a Saturday off! Thanks for watching! More to come soon!
