Great video! I'm going ot start planning to do the One-Off service that upsells into a retainer. Part of my thoughts right now are to lead with a video production for a marketing campaign as the one-off service and then upsell to manage paid media and lead generation using the creative videos we just made. What do you think?

Thanks for this video! If you productize something like video production where it's a fixed price for a fixed solution, should you put the price on your website? and second, how would you niche your audience if any kind of business could technically hire you if they paid the price for your product?
You can. I don't like doing that though for many reasons, especially in the beginning. You niche by selecting who is a good fit and who is not, Then you only work with the good fits. Not any business can hire you cuz you have a choice on who you work with.

If the client is buying a membership or package of our productized service, does this mean no more service contracts?
I've seen both pathways to be honest. Just cuz it's membership, productized etc doesn't mean there can't be a contract.I'm a fan of having contracts.
