I still struggle with one: My offering would be to business owners, and even with a discount, what makes that business owner take time to agree to risking their business on a beta? With that T shaped specialization you mentioned, I should be able to communicate value, but as soon as I assign the term "beta" to it, my messaging is now at cross purposes. Value yes, but only if the beta is successful. It is difficult enough to sell and that feels like I'm kneecapping myself.
