What a guy. His major motivators right now are to train hard enough and be good enough at the tail end of his peak to be able to support an up and comer with a lot of potential. Hats off to you, mate. You’ve cracked the code
@17:45 haha vo2max at high 70's in the off season and he is a bit fat 😅 to low 90's in season when he is more fit.... I absolutely love these completely crazy guys in the top of triathlon.
Wurfie winning Kona would be so cool and amazing. And Lionel keep pushing and peaking in 4 years closer in the age Frodo was when he took the wr. Love to see Wurfie keep going in the top at least 5 years more!
Lionel: A great TH-cam personality and will never ever put it together when it counts against a great field. He isn't the most talented by a long shot and certainly the most detrimental to his own results. Cam: Listen to smart people, remain coachable and keep consistent. He also isn't the most talented, but gets the most out of everything. He shows up and turns up at the big show. And he is actually likeable.
I commented on the podcast you had with Michael Chernow on trying to stay sober. Fast forward to today and I have not relapsed:). My next goal is getting a job (after getting fired), continue running daily, and work my sobriety program. God bless everyone. And I started/continued my TH-cam channel :)
Man I havent greet you yet, but thanks to your testimony Im 2 years sober now. God Bless you Rich, dont feel so bad for anonimatous. Im medical residente doing things good just for today. F24
I just watched his other episode this morning. Interesting in about 2 years how iron mans went from 8 hours to 7:45 and now they are talking about 7:30.
what about triple deca ironman continuous that happened this year first time ever? one guy from my country, a Lithuanian finished in 39days, 4th place. that is insane...

Father hear my prayers. I’m a single mother. Both of my sons are special needs, and require much from me but I know God will give me the strength and courage that I need to continue to keep going. So while I struggle to buy groceries and while I struggle to pay rent. I will keep faith. Always. Amen Praise God!💕💕
Cam is an impressive talent and inspirational. However dude needs to invest in some skin care regime. Being outside training like that for 20+ years has left him look very weathered.
The only reason Peter Attia is relevant is he is constantly speculating, and presenting it with the highest level of confidence that people think he’s stating facts

Something about an Australian accent discussing sports performance just gets me in the zone!

Cam's story in Lachlan's Thereabouts Reprise film with Gus is so good. That was where I first learned about Cam and have been a fan since.

Love these in-depth episodes on physical training and training philosophy. Thank you.
Just another awesome interview with Cam & Rich together. Just luv it 👌🤜👍
Can’t believe I haven’t bumped into Cam somewhere in Malibu in all the years. He sure puts in the hours. So exited to listen a second interview.
Set attainable goals.... So simple. Thanks for the reminder Cam. Great interview.

Rich Roll needs to do a show on how so many of the top elite endurance athletes are gingers….there is something to it!😂
When you're a ginger, you either learn to fight, or to run.
LOL Cam is old school at 41 , what am I at 67 starting back in 1985 ? Love Cam's energy , good positive upbeat energy .
His mindset is amazing 👌🏻

Predictions about Kona incredibly accomplished

Rich, I'd love to hear you interview fellow endurance athlete and philanthropist Barb Edelston Peterson Whole Champion
Good head on this guy
Stop failing by stopping ✋️ The Connections (2021) [short documentary] ❤
I been wondering what Rich is wearing on his left wrist. Answer will be greatly appreciated.
It's a whoop
Great chat
American podcasters just love interrupting their guests by trying to finish their sentences 😂
Its spelled Tom Pidcock* not "peacock"- you guys spelled it wrong in the time stamps just FYI!
Stop interrupting him
bring magnus to the show rich. peter lange too. it will be awesome
Who’s Peter Lange??😂
@@fatman5664meant Patrick 😂
He is an amazing athlete, but I thought he was in his late 50s. Body does take a beating with so much training.
🥇🥇🥇✨💙

Get off of TH-cam, god isn’t going to make your life easier while you watch podcasts.
