She taught me how to do a plank pose ans and I got stronger because of her!
Dam I wish I would’ve worked out , instead of just watching those videos, we all watched the TV at 12:30 and DRINK 🍺,DID not realize you could look that good at 60 all 4 of us guys don’t look that good, should have worked out 💪
