I’ve just made these for the second time. Still wonderful so thank you so much! I doubled the recipe and divided two of the rolls into only four so that they could be part of a light lunch. I know from the last time I made them that they reheat beautifully in my toaster oven. Thanks again!
Yes ,we call them Sausage rolls here in Australia and they come in larger sizes. Oh and you have to have them with tomato sauce (ketchup) Meat pie and Sausage rolls is a very Aussie staple.😄😋🇦🇺

I always buy sausage bites as they are wonderful accompaniments to nibble at and also with drinks . One must be selective with high quality sausage meat. This recipe of yours is superb and the bites can be frozen after baking . So simple and ready to go 🐒

Popping them in the fridge or freezer to firm things up before you pop them in oven may stop your gloopy issue. Also good hot temp like 375 F in centre of oven.

Try adding some goats cheese in as well as some fig jam. So good!
