Really wish they brought this one to the states this time. I really want a Fold 4 but hate the height and skinny outer screen. Holding out for the Pixel Fold since it's close to this form factor. If they were smart they would bring this to the states under One Plus.
These foreign phones are always missing US bands regardless of carrier. For example if you have T-Mobile it'll work but you'll be missing about 1/3 of the network because it doesn't have LTE band 71 or 5G n71.
You're comparing the crease of an unboxed N2 to a year old N. The Z fold has a minimum crease out the box. You have to give foldables about a month to see how the crease develops. I already notice a slight crease at 2:23 but it is still very minimal and I only notice it at an angle. However, I don't recall seeing any crease on the unboxing of the N.

Appreciate if you could address few more important factors like battery life, charging speed (actual, not charging time claimed by Oppo), whether it can be used outside China (e.g. which 5G bands does it support, whether Google Services like Gmail, TH-cam, Maps etc.) are pre-installed or can be installed as side load, is it possible to uninstall pre-installed bloat-ware etc. Could you please cover these in your full review.

@@reziee5897 I don't actually think it's that bad. I have a coworker that has an Oppo phone and it did not give any issues,and it runs butter smooth. The software was actually more stable than a Xiaomi phone i have in the family. Also OPPO is Oneplus,and they're both running the same software
are there any restrictions apps wise? like does it let you remove those chinese specific apps like the maps, browser, app market, etc. and replace them with the standard google apps + play store?
The only thing I don't like about this phone is the speaker placement, I would like 1 speaker on both sides instead of both down firing or 2 on both sides
Such a shame it won't release globally and is exclusive to China only. Doesn't make sense that Oppo would release the Find N Flip globally yet not this foldable. Why??? Pity though as I would purchase this as I love the form factor and better ergonomics as opposed to Samsung's Galaxy Fold, I really cannot get my head around that tall and awkward ratio.

To save weight, they reduced the width of the N2's hinge. So the crease narrows, but it also gets deeper.
