Honestly kats death makes no sense in reach you can take several shots from a needler rifle to the head and wouldn't die how ever it took one shot one that's it if some one would please re enact this than that would be helpful
Mr. Saint during the time theat she was shot they had helmets off and were taking a brake as they ran they put helmets back on and were on the move during this time they probably had shields off to recharge or the shields csnt simply work with helmets off and needed time to reconnect to activat the shields hence she was caught by surprise and killed with one well placed shot not only the human body could react weirdly to a forien alien minralin the body especially one thst burts into millions of shards within the target
Mr. Saint also not to mention all of nobles teams armor is handmedown armor armor possibly not in top condition or slightly defective or slow so if they die they dont lose a multibillion dollar new suit the only somewhat new suit is noble 6 they even comment on it in the begining of the game saying how new it is
Them running was directly after a nuke went off near by. Chances are even the spartan gear can get a little wonky with that much radiation flowing about. My bet is, that the scale of the nuke sent out an EMP that even their gear couldn't resist, and the suits were probably in the process of rebooting when she got shot, which is why we didn't even see a shield flicker.
The elite that killed Kat is the same Elite that led a strike team of zealots in the cutscene early in the game. That elite rank is a field marshal (the highest elite rank in the game). That elite is responsible for killing off the noble team (except for June). On the last mission you and Emile fight and kill That field marshal and his squad of zealots
Was this on some Bunjie net article or something? You can hardly see what kills Kat in her death scene. And since Jackals are the only ones known to use needler rifles in the game, I was certain that it WAS a Jackal.
4real m8 r u sirius yea i know i guess he was in charge of most ground forces during the invasion because thel was taking control of the battle in space
Elite Chief Yea if you look very close you can even see the blue glowing decoration on the armor also it must be a high ranking one due to the fact that most low rank elites almost never use the nedlerrifle (sry for bad spelling )
Kat: where does he get off calling a demolition a priority one- * Elite Field Marshal: Oh shit! I-I-i got a headshot..... I headshoted a demon! H-hey Vamir I killed a DEMON!!! Vamir: bullshit!
Dominik Sontowski probably a bug because there is a Teabagging elite Cairo station I've only seen on a video once and from experience as well (also once) and it happened both times in the same place probably it happened because of the object messing with elite's AI and trying to move around
8:44 I'd like to think that the Covenant didn't even know that Cat died, they just thought they hurt "the deamon" (Then they don't get praise, nor do they celebrate XD)
How will did the UNSC know about the role of the Arbiter, Covenant Hierarchy, and beliefs? Even if the UNSC knew about the importance of an Arbiter and killed one, would they tell the civilians? Perhaps so, because they needed morale, but that victory would be drowned out by the countless amounts of humans vaporizing with their worlds being destroyed along with them. tl;dr-They didn't celebrate, it was too unreasonable for the humans.
Imagine being a high class Elite and trying so hard to kill a Spartan, only to find out a mere grunt took it out. I kinda imagine the Elite threatening the Grunt to shut up while he takes the credit.
Elites are too honest for that, although he might make it seem like a group effort. A brute on the other hand would not only take credit but kill the grunt as well.
I bet the dude who killed Kat had one of those celebrations where he’s proud of himself yet subtlety realizes he put no effort in it. Kinda like how you would feel if you got an A on something you cheated.
the grunts would get a bigass cookie and a pat on the head. the elites would get wasted, and the brutes would just eat the corpse while using the armor as dinner plates.
@Gamma Kyson Spartan 3's have the same augmentations as Spartan 2's they just didn't have mjolnir armor. Their armor was only slightly better than what ODST wear.
I don't get that point about Thel believing that beings that don't show their face was soulless when multiple Sangheili helmets covered their faces eg: Spec Ops, Silent Shadow, Ranger etc
I think you’ve pretty much nailed what would likely happen, but I also think there could be a flip side where they get “sent on the great journey early” and jettisoned out of the holy airlock or something
Yes/no because the insult wont have the same effect because humans didnt understand what the covenant really meant, for the most part the unsc actually thought the covies were using it as a xenophobic term not realizing what it was that caused the covies to reffer to thwm in that way
the elite that killed cat was probably seen as a holy figure by the covenant and even get to be second in command (A.K.A the most powerful, in every category and such for a elite.) and maybe just get rights to activate a halo ring if was not for the great skirmish.
taco demon9000 Bowen sorry to crush your comment with the elite being a holy figure but the elite who killed kat is the Field Marshall you meet in Winter Contingency and Noble 6 kills him on the mission pillar of autumn

Mr. Saint also not to mention all of nobles teams armor is handmedown armor armor possibly not in top condition or slightly defective or slow so if they die they dont lose a multibillion dollar new suit the only somewhat new suit is noble 6 they even comment on it in the begining of the game saying how new it is
I thought it was a beam rifle.
"Oo i get his helmet" - Random Grunt
"His boots are mine!" -Random Grunt
The elite that killed Kat is the same Elite that led a strike team of zealots in the cutscene early in the game. That elite rank is a field marshal (the highest elite rank in the game). That elite is responsible for killing off the noble team (except for June). On the last mission you and Emile fight and kill That field marshal and his squad of zealots
Was this on some Bunjie net article or something? You can hardly see what kills Kat in her death scene. And since Jackals are the only ones known to use needler rifles in the game, I was certain that it WAS a Jackal.
@@caseyhall2320 elites also can use needler rifle,
I feel like the elites would take a respectful course of action after defeating a spartan.
What about Brutes Ungoy or Jackels?
@@WalrusWinking they would eat the corpse and throw away the armor, they have no Honor or ethics.
Ye smoke some weed
@@WalrusWinking They'd T-Bag the body.
Yeah like shooting your corpse and laughing like they do in game
You forgot "ding dong the demon is dead!" Thats a line elites say.
How many celebrations did they have during reach?
xColdxFlamex they had an orgy
I thought a Jackal killed Kat...
Everything Horror Look closer at the sniper its to big for a jackel and you can see this sort of crown that the field marshall has on his helmet
Everything Horror i thought it was as well and looking back I think it was or a high ranking elite by the outline
Mike H your it is infact the Field Marshall you meet though out the campaign and yes you can kill him on the mission pillar of autumn
Huh i actually learned a lot, good job on the video. Also i obviously killed kat. wort wort
Wjatch out though i play as master chief in halo and whill whiiiiiiiiipe u butt
Nah, m8 u used hax to kill kat.
Noble six's ghost wants to know your location
Kat: where does he get off calling a demolition a priority one- *
Elite Field Marshal: Oh shit! I-I-i got a headshot..... I headshoted a demon! H-hey Vamir I killed a DEMON!!!
Vamir: bullshit!
I like that comment
Same
Covenant: ladies and gentlemen we got him
the prophet of regret regretted it
ImperialGamer nice one
Dear Humans, we regret coming to earth
Teabagging???
Darth Vader no that's a player's thing the covenant shoot your dead body while saying thing to tease you
4real m8 r u sirius I don't know if that was a bug but a ultra elite teabagged me after he has killed me in H2A on legendary difficulty
Dominik Sontowski probably a bug because there is a Teabagging elite Cairo station I've only seen on a video once and from experience as well (also once) and it happened both times in the same place probably it happened because of the object messing with elite's AI and trying to move around
Darth Vader dude I see you I every halo video I'm in
Darth Vader LOL!
Nobody’s going to talk about how he said lone woof instead of lone wolf
NO
8:39 damn she was my favourite spartan still makes me sad when I see this
8:38 its a cover up! She was assassinated by ONI for asking too many questions!
They celebrate with a cold one 😂
Fireflies with the boys
Saeid Radder init 😂
Fireflies cracking open a demon with the boys
I've heard a grunt say "I get his shoes!" when I die as chief as well sooo
1:11 "one lone wuf spartan"
xD
I imagine a Grunt running around with Chiefs helmet on it's back.
8:44 I'd like to think that the Covenant didn't even know that Cat died, they just thought they hurt "the deamon" (Then they don't get praise, nor do they celebrate XD)
Do an animation of Gravemind vs Didact
DARK Sangheili Wolf
Pointless
The Didact would win
animations infinite Are you serious? The Gravemind would bitchslap him across the Ark
What would happen if a GRUNT killed a spartan?
Sam Cat And The Crew it wouldn't matter because the spartan was a n00b
Ya, your right,
The Elite next to him kills the grunt and claimes he killed the demon
Who knows, but there was a grunt named Stolt that nearly killed a spartan in a one on one fight in the Halo canon.
HawkeyeNation19 He became a great warrior later for the Arbiters faction, leading Elites into battle.
Okay, but how did humanity celebrate killing an Arbiter? Or any high ranking covenant in that matter.
Greninja Draws probably how America celebrated killing Bin Laden lol but that's a good question
Greninja Draws teabagging and screenshots
Probably just a few drinks and a smoke. Most of the civilian population didnt know much about the Covenant aside from the basics.
Well, Spartans kill elites all the times and killing an Arbiter is just like killing a higher rank soilder.
@@beastwarsFTW
The elite in my scenario would more than likely be mocked by his fellow Sanghelli for acting Brutish if anyone found out he lied lol
I bet the dude who killed Kat had one of those celebrations where he’s proud of himself yet subtlety realizes he put no effort in it. Kinda like how you would feel if you got an A on something you cheated.
Imp’s? Well, feet first into hell!
the grunts would get a bigass cookie and a pat on the head. the elites would get wasted, and the brutes would just eat the corpse while using the armor as dinner plates.
@Gamma Kyson Spartan 3's have the same augmentations as Spartan 2's they just didn't have mjolnir armor. Their armor was only slightly better than what ODST wear.
Do you think the elite that killed Kat could be arbiter?
No because thel wasnt a field marshal
No, it was the Field marshal that noble killed in the end
I remember having a theory that the Sangheili that killed Kat was Thel´Vadam or Rtas´Vadum
it would be funny seeing a grunt running around with a spartan helmet on in game especially if he was the one that killed you previously
I don't get that point about Thel believing that beings that don't show their face was soulless when multiple Sangheili helmets covered their faces eg: Spec Ops, Silent Shadow, Ranger etc
I think it isn't entirely about not showing their face but not showing any emotion or reaction
@@nateblank2390 but you can't really show emotion through helmets anyway other than yelling, which Elites do like to do a lot
if they call spartans demons and odsts imps what about marines/helljumpers?
In Odst they call odsts imps when they kill you. So they consider you a smaller demon.
Helljumper is just a nickname for ODSTs
The elite that killed Kat was a Zealot, so I don't he would have gotten much of a promotion.
xXGhost DragonXx not a zealot, a Field Marshall. He was in charge of the invasion of reach.
Maybe the Elite who killed Kat was Arbiter or his friend Rtas Vadume
I think you’ve pretty much nailed what would likely happen, but I also think there could be a flip side where they get “sent on the great journey early” and jettisoned out of the holy airlock or something
Can you make a vid about civilian life/currency in the Covenant?
Standing over them and saying Wort Wort Wort
So demon in covenant terms is pretty much human equivalent of calling someone an indescribably awful insult
''An insult, to be sure. But one with a modicum of respect.'' - Thel 'Vadam
Yes/no because the insult wont have the same effect because humans didnt understand what the covenant really meant, for the most part the unsc actually thought the covies were using it as a xenophobic term not realizing what it was that caused the covies to reffer to thwm in that way
There should be a random Grunt all decked out wearing a spartan helmet as you play through the games
over all the years only once i have heard a grunt say hes taking master chiefs helmet on halo 3
the elite that killed cat was probably seen as a holy figure by the covenant and even get to be second in command (A.K.A the most powerful, in every category and such for a elite.) and maybe just get rights to activate a halo ring if was not for the great skirmish.
taco demon9000 Bowen sorry to crush your comment with the elite being a holy figure but the elite who killed kat is the Field Marshall you meet in Winter Contingency and Noble 6 kills him on the mission pillar of autumn
Until 6 killed him. XD
4real m8 r u sirius is that a fact or no casue It could be another field marshal
Joey Flores no there was no other Field Marshall present during the fall of reach
4real m8 r u sirius is that a fact if so where is it stated
I’m sure you’ve seen forward unto dawn movie, what happened to the other two surviving cadets, other than laskey?
X Skillz X smart one became a top oni dude who talked to be in hunt the truth. The chick died in a later mission. I could be wrong but that's what I think happened to them
What is a Spart an?
Bro this whole playlist, I used to put on and sleep a few years ago, man times have passed
Bro, that Halo 3 screen shot is so sick. Thank you
You guys really need to get someone to check your grammar
“Lone woof” 😂😂😂
When I saw that scene where Kat died AGAIN immediatley saddened my heart. :(
F
I look forward to the story of the ODST/Spartan and the grunt who worked together to escape the Flood.
"That's the way we do things, lad, we're making shit up as we wish"
