Improving Electoral Integrity and Accountability (IEIA) Project Close Out Conference

In the last 3 years (2021-2023), across the 6 geo-political zones WRAPA has been implementing the Improving Electoral Integrity and Accountability (IEIA) Project in collaboration with Partners on a co-created work plan. The IEIA is a MacArthur-funded project that spanned 3 years from June 2021 to May 2024. ‪@wrapanigeria7161‬ is coordinating, as well as implementing, with Kebetkache as its implementing partner, advocating for the localization and implementation of the National Gender Policy (NGP) at the community level by leveraging on the sustainability structures in place.
The overall goal of the conference was to build consensus on a gender agenda agreeable between the traditional rulers and community members as critical stakeholders in advancing the uptake and implementation of the NGP
provisions to evidence GESI.
