this is awesome! I only managed to get the datapack working in 1.19.4 (maybe because of pack format?) but im sure it would take 2 seconds for someone with more datapack knowledge than me to figure out how to bring it into newer versions. really really rad tool thanks man!
Honestly, I am so supercalifragilisticexpialidocious to have these in my minecraft world. And also you, you have pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis, just saying😅 I think you really need some oxyphenbutazone.
I understand that there are several types of fractals, and "aperiodic" do not repeat. To keep things simple for the average viewer I kept it to a general fractal that most would learn about. Sorry if this was not satisfactory for all the mathematicians.
Now we just need someone (th-cam.com/video/Y4FnAFdry2Q/w-d-xo.html) to animate using the 1.20 block display entity commands to make an evolving level like Marble Marcher (th-cam.com/video/9U0XVdvQwAI/w-d-xo.html which I presume is some inspo?) for players to complete goals using these as maps! Brill video.
I did try and add a delay within the datapack to watch it build slowly, but that only caused issues. Something something /schedule function does not wait for completing before continuing. Would be great if someone could figure it out. Also I had no inspiration, just chatGPT to explain some of the execute store commands. But the video Marble Marcher does look interesting.
I love this kind of mathematical elegance.
Thank you. It is very satisfying to see it in action and with such simplicity.
@@cswertwertwertThe redstone designs I'm proudest of use ~6 key blocks.
It's easy to do anything complicated.
But I find simplicity is superior.
oh i’m gonna burn like an hour making useless fractals in minecraft arent i
Let me know if you have any issues, otherwise enjoy!
You can’t hit me with the katamari damacy music outta nowhere dude

Maybe not a bad idea for me to update it. Thanks for the heads up.
Its amazing! though I kept waiting for you to enter the fractal to see the inside
OMG SATISFACTORY MUSIC❤❤❤❤❤

The music just fit, glad to see there are other fans of the game.

where can i get the resource pack and world download?
In video description.
not all fractals repeat themselves

I LoOoOvE!!!! THX YOU
Good video
