i just got a refund for something that came in incorrectly described! you just have to put in a dispute for it.

@@phantomgutzgo to your order and then scroll down to where it says “how can we help?” and then press “get help with this purchase” and then select the issue. you’ll eventually get into contact with a depop employee. of course, only if you purchased the item within the last 30 days. they cant give you a refund if you bought it over 30 days ago
