I think investors should always put their cash to work, especially In 2024, we'll start to see more market diversification. I'm hoping to invest about $350k of my savings in stocks against next year. Hope to make millions in 2024
Since risk is at an all-time high right now, perhaps you should be a little more patient and return when it has decreased. Alternatively, you can consult a trained financial expert for strategy.
Yes true, I have been in touch with a brokerage Advisor. With an initial starting reserve of $80k, my advisor chooses the entry and exit commands for my portfolio, which has grown to approximately $550k.
I’ve been looking to switch to an advisor for a while now. Any help pointing me to who your advisor is?
Just research the name Angela Lynn Shilling. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment.
I searched for her full name online, found her page, and sent an email to schedule a meeting. Hopefully, she responds soon. Thank you

In my experience, taking a picky spouse to Trader Joe’s is the best way to get them to expand their horizons. Everything there seems so appealing even if it’s out of your comfort zone.
For anyone wondering, I was the picky spouse.
Did you know that if an employee over hears you express a desire to try a particular item without having to buy it, the employee will open that very product and let you taste it right then and there! You can tell that I really like the place!
@@robertafierro5592wow no way! I had no idea. That’s really cool
@@robertafierro5592 Trader Joe's worker here! Since the pandemic our store no longer has this option (although I'm not sure about stores outside our socal area!). Instead we now have an extremely lenient return policy, so if you don't like something just bring it back no questions asked!
Several years ago I was touring a lab in Harvard Medical School and I was surprised to see Legos in use. They were being used to hold specimens that were constantly needed to switch heights and Legos were very flexible for the task.
I don’t get the hate for “repeated content”, surprisingly even though I’m a subscriber I haven’t seen any of these videos and thoroughly enjoyed this compilation
I mostly agree with your opinion, but it would be very helpful if they write it in the headline. Otherwise many people waste their expensive time by watching the first 5 or more minutes until they suddenly notice that they already watched the whole video which is really annoying. That’s the reason why some of them get mad.
Right! I'm at work grooming dogs, and I like that I don't have to keep looking for other videos. I would like a title read though before the next topic
They also accept Foodstamps! Even though they didn't hire me when I applied for a position on their team, I still.will.always shop there. They're Animal friendly and they always look out for their Customers. Their prices are simply Terrific and EVERYTHING is Organic.
OK LISTEN UP, I been struggling for two years with finding a good strategy and THIS ONE IS GOLDDDDDDDD. I can’t believe it was this easy. LOL THANKS YOU’RE THE BEST!!
Fun fact. Primark is an Irish company. It’s called Pennys there but that name was already taken in the UK so they called it Primark
I LOVE TRADER JOES!!❤❤❤ My favorite store I go at least 2 to 3 times a week!! The best customer service, love the specialty items, and love the organic fruits. Best of all their prices are BETTER than the box stores!!!
They are my first stop in grocery shopping.
I love it too but I feel the prices are going up and also shrikflation,
the vocal fry is real
I love primark. It's very affordable. I bought lots of things from primark in Madrid. I was going there every day during my vacation. It's my favorite store ❤.
Excellent content, WSJ! Please continue. As an international brand, consider using metric measurements alongside the Imperial system. It only takes 30 seconds to add a conversion, benefiting your global audience 😬
correction on 3:56: Trader Zoe's can add and remove items to and from its shelves.
Great video.. Amazing work, thank you and big respect for the production !
This is awesome stuff WSJ 👍🏽
Seriously enjoyed this video!! We need more!!! So much learning, so much amazement at the ingenuity that business people come up with. Love it!
I love these hope they go broader and cover companies even from other countries
Wow I never knew Irish retailer Primark/ Penneys were even in the USA😮
4:48 dipping oreos umm I mean Joe-Joe's in sweet cannoli dip is definitely life in the fast lane
I wish there was trader joe's in Canada
One of my family member is by all definition a dream customer for many of the businesses highlighted here. Over the years they've said exactly what these businesses wanted them to feel while shopping at their locations. It's fascinating to see this economic relationship playout so perfectly from both sides.
1:26 you guys showed Aldi but they actually don’t own Trader Joe’s. Aldi in the US is owned by Aldi Süd and Trader Joe’s is owned by Aldi Nord. They were started by two brothers who couldn’t see eye to eye so they went on their own. In Germany I think they don’t use Trader Joe’s I think they just use Aldi Nord and Aldi Süd
Thanks
Aldi Nord has "Trader Joes" branded items here tho :)
Don’t fall in love with your favorite items at Trader Joe’s. It will get cancelled!.. I want my White Balsamic Vinegar back!
And the wonton soup!
TJs and Chipotle literally fav food co’s ever!!
Very Informative Thanks for sharing God bless
I've ordered online with Chipotle several times and the food is always horrible. I assume they have different procedures to ensure the food is made and packed in a way that is conducive for delivery or takeout. In my experience, the food is overly dry or has too few ingredients to ensure the burrito is wrapped tight and doesn't leak. I always choose to go to the restaurant and some time eat inside. It's worth it to the company to maintain that experience for people.
i never knew asian also talk with vocal fry
Quality content. Thanks
So the strategy of the new Barnes & noble boss (ex waterstones) is to copy waterstones, even down to the exact same shelving.
Love primark! What?! Primark opened in the US? Used to fly to europe just to go shopping to primark 😂
I'm from Germany so therefore I know Aldi and Trade Joe's. However I somehow got the impression that Trader Joe's is seen as expensive in the US. It always seems like a special occasion going to TJ in videos. Or am I confusing it with another store chain?🤔
Those 60 thousand stores they open will be part of the 80kntjat close
Shrinkflation, average taste, average quality doesnt warrant the increase in prices. Let them SINK.
I bought a used a Rolex in 2020 on line. It’s beautiful and I got it before the boom. The value has more than doubled
2 Buck Chuck!
10:53 shows clip of Toronto Eaton Center despite making a point about UK vs US shopping experience 😂
Good summary for the year
Amazing content 👍
If you want aluminum foil or Coca Cola, you are out of luck at Trader Joes. Come for the Scandinavian Swimmers, leave with your weekly shopping haul.
Dominos have left the small towns.
Love Trader Joe's Imants Deme a loyal customer brought me to one in Buffalo NY. Wow. I asked why not in Canada. Answer Canadian taxes too high. $""
if tthey moved into California would be wild outside of the malls in the north big boom for them
So Aldi bought it and made it like Aldi?
i didn't know there was primark in the states

Wonderful video
I think the watches are my dad and grandpa thing. I don't wear a watch neither does any of my friends.
I don’t think you could fit anymore ads in this story. Ridiculous!
they made a strategy together to advertise in wsj
i love trader joe's, primark and chipotle lol
An excellent presentation, although I would have preferred that it would have been smaller episodes over a period of time. I've had to watch this, as time permitted, over several days.
Like how CNBC do theirs. Similar content and voice-over.
@@mr.188 True but, I enjoy the “feel” of WSJ.
Great video
chipotle's menu is NOT small. its huge. they have more options like subway but its costimizable like you said.
interesting when you compare these business strategies across various countries, Trader Joe an American owned subsidiary of aldi which uses the same business strategy in Australia. still Aldi in Australia doesn’t have near the market share of the duopolies Woolworths and Coles people seem to be blind to the higher prices just shows you that the sheep culture is alive and well
Union busting is their number one approach 😡
For next time, please put someone that can actually play tetris... 00:39:02 hurt my eyes
Understanding personal finances and investing will most likely lead to greater financial independence. By being knowledgeable about money and investing, individuals can make informed decisions about how to save, spend, and invest their money. A trader made over $350k in this recession influenced market
Thank you for sharing this. I took the time to Google the individual you mentioned, and after reviewing his resume, it is evident that he is a seasoned professional. I have reached out to him and am eagerly awaiting his response
59:07 pay 4 self pick up?
Chipotle " 100 customers in 15 mins 😂😂😂😂😂 i would say about 43 customers if that
⭐
mind boggling the amount of views - comments is this botted or just really good 2nd monitor content

Never knew Irish retailer Primark (Penneys) were in USA😮
OKAY I HAVE BEEN ASKING ABOUT TRADER JOE'S.
Bananas are cheap in most stores as it's a loss-leader, purposefully sold at a loss to get more people into the store to buy other stuff.
Maybe true but even with all of the recent inflation prices only increased modestly at Trader Joe’s whereas prices increased massively at Safeway and other big grocery chains.
Boston Capital group needs to be investigated
I'm shocked! How on earth did the WSJ make a programme about Trader Joe's without mentioning that Trader Joe's is a wholly owned subsidiary of Aldi, the privately owned giant German discount chain, which operates all over the world, including the US. Basically, what Trader Joe's is, is an upmarket Aldi. I really expected much better journalism from the WSJ
😮😮😮😮
People spend that much money on a Rolex?? This is a digital age and timex are going the way of the dinosaurs😊
Love the TJ’s content. However, want to tear my hair out listening to the WSJ reporter’s voice. Argh!
they need to get the toxic metals out of their products
Rag n Bone $195 for those shorts LolLol omg ! 26:50
When a toilets have logos ..logically end ..bad
The first girl is a perfect example of why monotone is the worst.
chipotle queso taste like axx. .
How many products are made in china???
😊
You left out “union and labor suppression” regarding Trader Joes, as theyre so anti union theyre literally arguing the NLRB shouldnt exist in arguments against unionization at their stores.
Bring back the mini totes
WSJ 😃
who does trader joes use for currency exchange? as we all know currency conversion rates fluctuate rapidly, therefore, I'm wondering why they would take on extra costs.... UNLESS, they also own or have holdings in a that arena... for a firm obsessed with controlling the supply chain, seems odd they would add risk and high distribution cost, if what you say is true, that they like to buy local but pay in foreign currency is quite the contradiction.. #Hindenburg research where is the report ?
WATCHING FROM INDIA 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Like the 1,2 billion other people, now if you were from the Vatican City it would be more cool...
Erm…… okay?
42:20 that voice
43:00 Another one
Primark is more comparable to the Grinch of Shopping stores. How can anyone there think out loud and be proud with their heads in the sand???..lol
i got killed on a comment. dear wall street journal. dont block people
Could you also make them say something rising CO2 levels and plastic garbage continents floating in the world's oceans? They're basically tricking you to spend more of you money and you find that amusing. Peak capitalism
We've already watched all of these individually.. do people actually sit & watch these "marathons?" lolol
The first girl in the blue sounds sooooooo pretentious
VOCAL FRYYYYYY. whyyyyyyyy
rolex aint any better than Swatch or Tag...
The Asian talk host has one of the most annoying voices I have heard on a documentary on a company. I couldn't watch more than 3 minutes.
jaewon can you please stop talking like there's a period after every word.
Lol that valley girl accent 😂😂
When the asian lady started talking, I clicked off the video.
TJs business model is called "epitome of cultural appropriation"!
Okay, but Chipotle has gotten considerably worse over the past few years and online ordering is the surefire way to guarantee disappointment.
Primark is not a department store. It just cheap shop that sells not very attractive clothes.
I have been in once or twice though to buy winter gloves and chewing gum.
Otherwise you will find me at higher end stores.
GREAT VID , MAKES ME WISH WE HAD , [ TRADER JOES ] OR ITS CLONE IN THE GREAT WHITE NORTH !
The Rolex example is ill fitting, you barely touched the surface of comprehension there.
Chipotle is expensive. Not worth the money.
