      He is not a great master because he can fight better than any other. He is great in preserving the spirit of practicing Gojuryu Karate for personal development. His knuckles are ugly , and do not help to be master of guitar, and he knows about that. It's time for you to start thinking , burrito.

    A personal hero of mine, this man is the epitome of what one can become with devotion and true hard work. He is the very best and I didn't know, because I started OGK so early, that when I trained in other karate disciplines, just how thorough and exceptional Sensei Higaonna's karate is. It is the very pinnacle of martial arts and he is the dragon.

    Body and muscle power training is important for strong fundation
    But Real advance power comes inner CHI ,abdomen and belly movement
    Body keep clam and soft with mind
    Concentrate to deliver strongest and quickest inner power out.
    Not only hitting stone to make hands hard as steel

      That's what I became aware of in regard to the last Kata I learned.... Sanchin. It is really wonderful and can be quite spiritual when working on such a Kata. Your feet become roots so it's as if you transform into a tree, and you could take punishment to your body as if you're trunk becomes the trunk of the tree

  • @daboodeef179

    I don't get why they use so much tension. if you tense up like that your power remains inside of you and you cannot project it into or through your opponent. and also all this tension leads to slower fists speed and a break between movements, but with relaxation this allows the energy to flow better and makes it so that everything can flow as one movement and the power is projected outside your body. I think people misunderstand what hard and soft REALLY means in the martial arts. What hard/soft truly means is that the person relaxes which creates a softness but in this softness there is a strong qi flow which can make the body as hard as steel.

    • @josephplogger8588
      @josephplogger8588 6 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      The tension is used to master the motion in every instance of the technique. If you can master the movement and create a foundation in which you can move under tension, then the movements become natural under relaxation. The tension will cause your body to tire and force you to move more naturally as well. As your body ages, your strength will eventually leave you. It is to teach the karateka to move naturally while they are young and strong enough to force their ki to flow naturally so that when they are older it will flow naturally without the need to force it

    • @andrewwazagow9120

      daboodeef179 To put it simply , it is all about forcing blood with its enhancement with oxygen through every cell of the body , while performing specific movements usefull in fights. The Chi energy ( Ki in Japanese ) moves with blood alongside meridians. The forced breathing helps to move this energy as well. Positions of the body ensure that the whole of body is not only filled with oxygen , but also the products of metabolism leave the cells. Thus the body is fantastically prepared to any movement recquired by situation , and is capable of doing it entirely on reflexes , without thinking. The fascia well supplied with blood , and used to being hit develops thickness and nervous flow helping its automatic reactions governing muscles responses. Actually the tension during actual fight arrive only in certain parts of the body , like fists ,or forearms at the moment of contact. The fighter is springy , but not stiff , his body is reacting without delay , flesh is harden and wonderfully conditioned. In one sentence : Training of the body is not the same as fighting. O'kay , another sentence : practicing scales is not playing the music.

    This man Morio Hogaonna was thrown out (Sacked) from JKF Goju-Kai (in Japan), as he was found to be a "Lying Sack Of Garbage" in the Late 1970's. This event I remember well, as I was living in Tokyo at the time and training with Shuji Tasaki in Goju-Ryu Karate at the SeiwaKai Dojo.
    And now he is a Karate Saint????
    Check out Miyazato's (Okinawan Jundo Kan) last interview and you will find Miyazato's opinion of Morio Higaonna. It is a real 'Eye Opener". If you can't find it, contact me and I'll send you a PDF copy.

    Where is the wisdom I dont see that here. Jesus is the only wisdom . Be a follower of him and you will have a spiritual life.

    • @andrewwazagow9120
      @andrewwazagow9120 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Mortgage Financing What is a wisdom in plucking your own eye when you're feel desire seeing a beautiful woman ? What wisdom is in not killing a murderous enemy coming to kill your family , and yourself . What wisdom is in taking example from birds and not trying to earn money for your leaving. What wisdom is in giving everything away , and becoming a poor man. What wisdom is in trying to serve your God and be simultaneously faithful to some cruel and despotic tyrant -king. What wisdom is in letting somebody to bit you or rape you or still from you . Many a follower of those words and rules of Jesus were tragically wasted. What is smart in making your body strong is that you not live your life as a weakling. This way you show your creator that you respect his work.

    • @andrewwazagow9120
      @andrewwazagow9120 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@mortgagefinancing5558 Am I talking Lies ? If you're a Christian you should insult and throw heavy stones of accusations only if you liked to being treated like that yourselves. Why am I an empty one , when you're NOT letting anybody to harm you ? When you didn't plucked your own eye after you looked at a woman with desire ? When you went to the army to learn how to kill the enemy of your state ? You're the one that is talking empty phrases. Pharisee. Jesus didn't say any wisdom except one : You will not be like a man standing at the corner of the street talking about God, but you shall go to the empty room , close the door and talk to God alone. Sooooo...... you're in sin even now trying to give an example of your sanctimony.
