Clockwork is easily the best Sly villain. The most threatening, the one that had the biggest impact of the story, the one that humiliated Sly’s childhood by killing his father and took the most important item of the Cooper clan and the one that Sly was afraid of if he would ever comeback in Sly 2. Neyla was close, but she had a pretty underwhelming conclusion and some of her scenes were mid, so Clockwork is still the best.
