I came across your channel due to your reaction to BTS. I really enjoy you both as individuals and also your reactions so I subcribed to your channel. You really seem sincere not fake. I don't care about who you react to when it comes to other Korean artist. I just hope you have real, honest reactions to them and even to BTS videos. I have stopped watching certain other other reactors because no matter what artist they are reacting to they always only say how great and fantastic it is whether it really is or not. They never have any criticism not even constuctive criticism, because they are to afraid of offending that artist fans. And I’m glad they saw and liked and replied to your comment. I have some adverse feelings about this route maybe because I’m selfish and territorial (about the Amicy brothers and their BTS journey), but also bc the brothers have yet to even reach a milestone peak of BTS’s body of work.... I’ll just share that part and leave it there.

This is sooo funny to me right now. I came to the comments thinking that it will be filled with people telling Amicy to react to How You Like That but instead I'm seeing the opposite. I'm shocked though because this is the first time I'm seeing this happen. On most reaction channels that I watch, Armys are usually cool with the reactors checking out Blackpink. Just my observation.
@Merit Omorodion A lot of army were disappointed by "sour candy" and "HDYLT". They were expecting something fresh from BP so they're not in the mood to recommend them. Hopefully their new album will help their likeability bounce back amongst all korean music fans.

I feel bad about all the fan wars in the comments.. I love both Blackpink and BTS, however some people tend to make a big deal out of nothing. I don't understand why people can't just like whoever they like without being rude to people who like something different :/
I would definitely check out more groups, there is so much to explore in the kpop world!
People seem to forget that music is all personal preference, and just because you dislike something doesn't mean its wrong for someone else to like it.
I see a lot of people in the comments saying all of Blackpink's music sounds the same, so? If someone likes it let them listen to it, and if you don't like, don't listen to it. It's that simple!
and if you don't support Blackpink, then ok don't support them, but please leave it at that. It is unnecessary to let the whole world know you don't support them for x, y and z.

I kinda understand how you feel after watching this (you probably dont wanna say it out loud) and I also remember from last vdo when you said “how can I listen to regular music after this”. I feel the same guys.
So this’s what they called K-pop music in general. It’s about the vibes, visual, fashion, sound quality, the beat, the hit hook, choreograph. They’re all good, talented and well-trained in singing, dancing, rapping but their companies (production team) didn’t focus on the lyrics or the messages that much, which is fine like world pop music these days. Just enjoy and have fun watching it. You don’t need caption on.
You’ve just exposed 2 Korean pop artists so take your time and explore more if you like. You’ll probably understand why people keep saying BTS music is genre itself not just k-pop( in general). By the way K-ballad is great too.

TXT just came out with a new mv called Eternally and its gonna blow your socks off! It's a 20 min mv which feels like a movie and is so freaking GOOD y'all are gonna die! Okay just took a look at some of your comments. Here's what I think... This reaction was specifically for BLACKPINK. Anything that draws the eye of a Westerner towards South Korea and what it has to offer is a positive thing. I think BTS is big enough, kind enough and gracious enough for their fans to like songs from other bands. I am a BTS fan through and through. But it doesn't mean I can't like other music. I am BLINK friendly. Jennie is my favourite. I don't love them, but I do like them. And they were my gateway to BTS. This is my favourite song of theirs. Glad the boys reacted to it. Every K-pop band or artist works their arse off and sacrifices a lot to be able to do this work. Remember how BTS used to get rubbished by other groups fandoms? How crushing it was for them? I bet they remember. BTS is on top of the food chain. And deservedly so. And they are wonderful embassadors that inspire love and peace and acceptance towards all. I'm a BTS stan but I like other groups as well. You should react to what you guys like. The only way to know which groups you will like is to try out new groups. I can only describe diehard kpop stans as comparable to diehard sports fans. Certain stans only like certain groups just like certain sports fans only like certain sports teams. It's not a bad thing, we just don't always mix well. Fandoms also team up occasionally to sabotage other groups. It can get a little ugly. Try not to let everyone dissuade you from trying something new and having fun. I truly enjoy your positive attitudes. I subscribed because you guys brighten my day! Keep being yourselves!

yes you are right blackpink has a lot of symbolism in their music videos that you should look out for. this song is about killing toxic love within ourselves(i.e. killing the part of yourself that craves toxic love) so that's why you see all of the members killing the weaker versions of themselves. Rose(girl in the car) runs over her weaker self with a car. Jisoo(girl with the arrow) shoots her weaker self with a flaming arrow. then you see the girls dancing in a big bear trap which can be interpreted as love is a trap. These sets are all real too they production team built them all blackpink doesn't use greenscreen in their videos(except for their debut video for like 2 seconds) definitely check out more blackpink they are one of the biggest girl groups in the world. I recommend you react to their most recent m/v "how you like that" it has a more hip hop vibe to it
