We have Teo Chew Opera in California. Unfortunately people are envy when you play a better show then them. There is one old lady 70+ would try anyway to stop me or ban me from singing opera. Of course me and my partner are 20+ younger then her. I wish I live in your country and I can sing with you.

Same, I think it’s because we understand teochew with Cambodian/Vietnamese accent, but we don’t understand teochew with Chinese accent.
