This is not carbonara. There is only pasta, egg, pecorino or parmigiano and guanciale or pancetta while this has more random products and there is no egg in this.
Carbonara doesn't have butter, onions, mushrooms, cream, ham, milk, regular cheese and sugar in it. It's just spaghetti, guanciale, eggs, pecorino romano and a lot of pepper.
We should call this white (sauce) pasta or creamy pasta. Ang layo sa carbonara recipe.
