    Thank you very much, this is very useful. I already do some exercises to strengthen my hand grip and elbow, but these seem great to me. It means a lot that you explained how often to practice. And yes, you are right, people often do not take into account how important it is to have strong hands and elbows in everyday life, and especially for martial arts.
