I have this luggage for the Transalp 750, I found exactly the same issues: 1.- a bit lack of space for pinion's foot, it can be manage but it is uncomfortable to climb, while riding not big issue, I do believe it is to keep the center of gravity as forward as possible, 2.- the pin for the lock system getting out of position. Still a very good luggage and very light which is important for medium size bikes. I will buy again if I have to.
These look like good cases. Though, for their price, the pin working loose from the lock and hinge mechanisms is not good. The other things holding me back: 1) I need to be sure they will work well with a pillion. Seems like they won't for the Tracer. Maybe work better on my bike, but can't be sure... 2) Security for the pro-frame is an "extra". For me, at the premium price I expect the (basic) security lock on the frame to be included in the price for the "system". So, still looking at options. Especially Givi for which a hard case system comes in at around half the price...
GIVI is not a bad alternative. I think they are functionally could be better (I used them in the past). But materials quality is better with SW-MOTECH in my opinion. Also design language is better here, but that’s all subjective.
be careful if you use Dusc as a top box you can not get a back-rest for passenger also locks are quite poor, they get stuck because of mud and dust after one sezon as they have no any protection
Awesome info bro. Thanks for not being shy telling us about the cons.
Of course ;) thanks for watching!
This video further provides proof that these cases are the way to go. Thanks!
Curious. What are you going to use going forward?
Well done Sergey,
Great review to the nitty gritty 👍

I think this is a good option for bikes which are not meant for two up riding
What size, there are 2 sizes
Good review. Always needing a key is stupid.
I'll stick to SHAD
good cases and great info!
