Regarding Disney's parks revenues... starting next year.. what will the impact of Epic Universe have on Disney's bottom line? Then there are Disney's questionable pricing for the parks potentially driving away more customers.
Big question of the parks is really Tiana. Can Disney turn their entertainment division's works into trips (and return trips especially) to their parks. The flywheel seems broken.
For a long time, Disney movies has been their posters for the theme parks and it's advertising. And they have had alot of bad movies for many years now that don't really promote the parks. Quite the opposite. I am not surprised that their parks are in decline.

I think that people that invest in entertainment companies should stop listening to these analysts, and start paying attention to YT channels like yours, Nerdrotic, and Geeks & Gamers. For example, investors that are not Marvel fans would know that the success of Deadpool & Wolverine has nothing to do with the potential success/failure of Captain America 4. Plus, the failures in the Disney box-office & streaming has to have a ripple-effect on Disney parks. In other words, the total failures of things like The Acolyte and Wish make it so they cannot become park attractions. Plus, you have to ask yourself how much of the profit from the parks has to be shifted to cover the losses at the box-office? And right now, it looks like that both Captain America 4 and Snow White is shaping up to be a major red-ink for Disney in 2025. Basically, these professional analysts really don't know that they're talking about
Most institutional money managers are dumb as a stump. They're tied down by regulations created to herd them into government bonds and legacy companies, so people with brains move on from those jobs as fast as they can.
The parks do represent the largest portion of Disney’s portfolio, but they are still downwind of Disney’s IP’s. If there is no interesting intellectual properties, then little Timmy and Susie aren’t begging grandma and grandpa to drop 10 grand on a vacation

Netflix price plan is shit. Every single one of my friends & family has quit their netflix subscription because of the pricing. Everyone moved to amazon prime or disney+.
Tangent analogy: Toyota US’s best sellers are the Camry, Corolla and RAV4. These models have alot of trims, alot of options, and they always have model updates year over year. Why do they bother? Coz these r their best sellers in the US. Toyota doesnt just want to make these bestselling models simply relevant, they want them to fcking dominate. They want the dictionary definition of a fullsize sedan being “a camry”. They want people to have a picture of RAV4 in their heads when they think of crossovers. But why? Because toyota is a business that gets an almighty hard-on when their bottomline is written in black n bold, preferably a few font sizes bigger than the rest of the wording of their financial reports.
