  • We've got a lot to dive into tonight, but I thought it'd be interesting to talk about 4 areas that we're seeing that are growing in Orlando that are outside of the normal (Lake Nona/Horizon West/Clermont). PLUS we'll dive into the news of the week. Come on out while we talk about all things real estate, theme parks, and living in Orlando!

    She should of placed a disclaimer about time from mt Dora to downtown Orlando and other areas. The times she gave I remember was 20 years ago. Traffic times and rush totally different.

    Polk county is the number 1 growth county in Fl. Getting crowded in certain parts near Orlando, especially the Davenport, ChampionsGate area. Sunrail stops may be in the works to connect Orlando all the way to Lakeland.

    Hii Mr ken! I know you had a ton of information to say in a short time. But your the man, and figured you know more about the tuscana land use plan. It’s to close to Hunter creek but will it be more home ownership in central Florida or more apartment rentals? Hunter creek hoa and residents ready to oppose. We took on the bright line and park square homes we are ready to take this on if it’s more rentals.
    Also we have our fall festival this weekend at osprey park. Great time to get some content. 😊

    What price range should I look into to keep my mortgage around $2,000k? I only know the dr. Philips / theme park areas 😅

      Good luck! Dr Phillips is one of the nicest but most expensive areas

      @@Jurassiic that depends on so many factors. The main one would be how much down is the average person putting down. I would say most who stayed in there homes prior to 2021 would be 2k and if your buying now I would say 4-5k but there is so many factors it’s hard to say.
