you are supposed to use the can like a wrap around the original exhaust. cut the top and the bottom of and then make a cut through the thin aluminium shell and wrap it around the muffler and secure it with some steel wire
any steel wool can be use? or can you send me the brand name of that steel wool. so in can order for my pocket bike pipe. cause pipe noise is too loud.

Use a hole saw if you have it and you can use the thickest can want to.then pack it with steel whool and it will quiet it down a lot

+onesider01 That can only be done on the small pocket bikes, wrapping it on these will leave about 2 inches of the stock tail pipe showing.
