Thank you Usui, this home is fantastic. It is all a person on their own would need. The terrace effectively doubles the living space. On a warm eventing you could sit on the terrace to watch TV. Being designed for one person, the small washing machine is fine. Sometimes I look at your machine and think that you could take a bath in it. 🤣 The best thing about this home is once you buy it, it is yours to do as you wish. There is no landlord!! I give this one 9/10.
@@mafurock33it’s called paco and a tiny house for a reason. It’s not supposed to feel luxurious. If you want the fancy tiny house effect go for it. I thought it was fine. If it was my house I would just have my washing machine out on Terrance and you wouldn’t have to worry about someone damaging it or stealing it cus Japan is so safe as for the bed he can install curtain covers over it
@@mafurock33I agree about that third sink, that's a little confusing. Better to have space for a washer/dryer. But other than that, I don't think there's much wrong with the bed placement. The little partition is set up to have a sense of separation and protection. It's not the door exits into a hallway into the rest of the building. That's the whole building. That area is the living/work area that is benefitting from the best light thanks to the tarrace doors. You want to take advantage of the good light, and take advantage of feeling like you're in a bigger place by being next to those doors where you can see out. And then having that long terrace area gives a place to walk around a bit, have some fresh air, have a space to work out, etc. They showed off how well it's blocks a view from the outside. I think that's all great.
We need micro apartments, like they have for single living. (Have a chow hall, share washing machine, restroom, have a small refrigerator, sink, microwave...done, cheap, pragmatic
Thanks for sharing! I love watching tiny apartment tours. 3 sinks in a tiny house is too much, they should get rid of the one in the laundry area, then you can place a bigger washing machine.
Most US cities can build such a huge parking lots but cannot build tiny micro apartments like this that’s good enough for one person to live. I hope we could have this type of concept of living for hardworking single people.
Amen to that. We need to seriously change zoning laws in the US. I should be able to afford a nice place for me that’s 1/3 of my income. Preferably not sharing walls with crazy neighbors.
I totally agree. I'm a 58 year old female and physically I can't work like I used to so I work 4 days a week. With a car payment, car insurance and other bills I can't afford a place on my own. I want to be on my own but rent has gone up SO MUCH. Even just renting a room has gotten waaaaay out of hand. I would be happy with a tiny house but I can't afford it. 🙁 I just need something small that I can afford and actually have money left over for food.
On the one hand, there is a small space, it is almost impossible to turn around. And on the other hand, everything is in place, compact and quite cozy. What is always needed in proximity. What a good washing machine you have))
I really like this PACO house! It's so well thought through and organized that it feels small but not tiny, especially with this lovely terrace. The only thing is i don't think anyone would need 3 sinks on such a small surface
Если бы я жила хоть в одной из тех квартир, что Вы показываете, у меня развилась бы клаустрофобия. Но мне очень нравится формат видео и отдельное спасибо, что вы указываете цены в денежных единицах большинства стран.
I would have the entry beside the wardrobe alowing room for a larger bed . Everything else is fine. I would prefer a full-size washer, though that is optional for me but the Bed is a must !
The lay out is correct, and because this could be modified to fit preferences, I would do the following changes. At the entrance I would place a couch that can be turned into a bed in the night. I would place a curtain or screen in the closet. By the sink, I would place a rack from ceiling to floor to maximize storage and space for electrical appliances, etc. I also would request the bathroom sink to be removed to allow for a bigger washer/drier combo and shelving above. I would also request the patio fence to enclose the whole space, with an access door in the back, so I could place a small shed and a grill in addition to a small dining table. The price is reasonable. Thank you for sharing. 🙏
Very interesting! I think I would move the entrance to the middle of the terrace right beside the closet or to the other end in the laundry room and therefore have a larger bed space.
Thought it was a cool idea in the beginning. But after getting a better look, I think there's so many improvements that could be made. For example, 1 person does not need 3 different sized sinks in 1 small space! I'd increase the kitchen sink and remove the sink in the laundry area and maybe the toilet. The laundry area could also be the walk in closet and the current closet a small storage area with CLOSED storage so it won't look so messy. Also, the aircon above the bed is a disaster waiting to happen (when the aircon starts leaking). But still, a good start! Also, moving the kitchen to be outdoors, or half-in and out or something would be a better use of the outside space! Also the food smell can waft away~
This one is really nice and would work for a single person perfectly. Especially for a single person of older age, who won't climb up and down every day: all rooms are at the same floor, all rooms are close by, and one can stay independent longer in such a space. Also will work for a student or a young person who is not building a family (with other humans :) ) right now. A pet will fit here, if it is a dog, cat, fish or smaller rodent/amphibean.
Just love it!!!! It has everything that I need... I can pictured myself living here and spending each morning reading newspaper and sipping coffee by the terrace... 😊😍👍
Very cool. I would boost the bed up a little for some storage space for things like off season items. I would also put up a shelf along the wall over the bed/tv and over the kitchen area. That would really increase functionality.
I would: swap all or most of the terrace for an actual bedroom (I think I would like to keep a small outdoor space); use the main room as a living room, moving the door to where the bed is now so that there can be a small entryway, and add small sofa or sofa bed where the door is now; move the toilet shelves upwards and move the toilet over so that I have room to sit comfortably, and add a bigger bathroom sink, perhaps in the corner (fingertip sinks are no use to anyone); install a proper cooker top with at least 2 rings; re-order the laundry room so that I can have a washer-dryer combo; add a toaster oven on the kitchen cart; put a door on the wardrobe. I actually like this even though it doesn't sound like it! I would just move a few things around just a little.
The layout is lovely! I really appreciate the terrace area. In warm months, it would really double the living space. I can understand why half of the terrace area is open, probably for fire escape. My personal preference would be to have it completely enclosed, just have an outside gate door. There are many comments saying "3 sinks is too many!" but I disagree. I can imagine having dishes in the sink, maybe I am hand-washing clothes in the laundry sink, and I need to wash my hands after using the toilet. 😅 Also, for a short-term stay, I could see this space being used by 2 people. So 3 sinks makes even more sense! Very thoughtful video, thank you so much for your hard work traveling, recording, editing, and posting! You allow me to travel from my living room! 🎉
Located in a quiet place, this would be a comfortable house for a single person to live in. Given the tiny fridge and one stove burner, it would help to be in a neighborhood with cheap restaurants nearby. I love the terrace!

Love the price. I would like to lay it out a little different. But love the concept, size and the whole boxiness of it. Love that this stuff is becoming more and more popular.
Good afternoon Ussui. I loved the Paco house. It's almost twice as big as your apartment. I understand there is no rent here, which is also a good point. However, I get the impression that your washer could fit into the laundry room environment if that little black shelf was removed. But if you say no, of course I believe you. I like this one better than the other one with the bed on the second floor. The terrace has an open part where you could enter without any problem, or have I seen wrong? I loved it. The only detail is its location, on the side of what looks like a busy avenue. A hug from Lima, Peru.
PACO could be your vacation home! Place it in the mountains or countryside :D But seriously, it would be good to place behind an existing house or small apartment building in semi-suburban/the edge of cities areas. Good for elderly parent or young universality-age child. In Canada we call these "laneway houses" and they are built in backyards or "tiny homes" that are placed on farms or in communities of manufactured, per-fabricated, homes.
Domek jest mały a jednocześnie pojemny. Ma też możliwości aranżacyjne. Taras powiększa powierzchnię uźytkową. Od siebie dodałabym drzwi do szafy - zamknięta wygląda bardziej estetycznie
I’m impressed with the layout of this PACO tiny home! It is very functional and practical for one person. With a few adjustments that is suitable to your needs, it’s perfect for you! 😁🙏
This is surprisingly efficient. If I changed anything, I'd remove that sink from the laundry area to fit a stacked washer dryer, replace that tiny fridge with a drawer dishwasher, and put a 10 cubic foot fridge where the microwave cart is and just put my microwave on top of the fridge. I'd also not want the built in cooktop on such a tiny counter. For that I'd just use a portable electric burner that I could store away when not in use and get a sink cover for even more counter space.
Those portable burners (I use an induction one) are game-changing, my kitchen is roughly the same size as this whole house but, as I'm currently living by myself, I still use mine just to bypass the hassle of maintaining (cleaning, stocking gas tanks) the built-in butane ones. Just take it out from a drawer, use it, eat, clean it in like 20 seconds, and stash it in again.
I would move the mini split somewhere else. I would have you walk into the kitchen and on the back of the kitchen area (where the bed is now) would be the shower and toilet. The washer/dryer would be under the kitchen counter. Bedroom area would be furthest from the entrance.
I liked the PACO much better than others you have seen. It seemed well laid out and has a fridge! If you wanted your big washing machine then maybe get rid of the sink in that room. Having a terrace with plants would be lovely 🌱🌴😊
First you must have groundplace for the house. The house is beauty and have a good inside place. I think your washingmaschine can stand on the place, is big enough. The terrasse is for your private life very good. I love this house.
Amazing video as always! Learned a lot about another form of Japanese micro-apartment design. So convenient. Also got excited that you included the costs converted to the Bangladeshi Taka. Arigato Gozaimasu!
It's my favorite one until now. I just wish there was a window in the kitchen and shower and some space for a bigger bed for a couple, other than that looks perfect :)
Hi Usui, l hope you are doing well , That’s a lovely home it looks so relaxing to enjoy, you can just sit out and just read your lovely books and see the world go by and think about what’s next in my life what dreams l can go for because the world is on your doorstep home sweet home , so l hope you have a wonderful sweet and fun week to come.xx💕💕🤗🤗xx
This would be great if it wasn't next to a main street... ( I know it's just a model house!) and there's lots of space in the kitchen for additional cupboards and a real ministove plus ofen and a better kitchen sink.
Luv luv this tiny house for 1 person 🤗 you have everything you need included the terrace but one flaw it is open on the outside , no protection for invasion , it needs something to prevent from burglary
it looks very airy and spacious even with the reduced dimensions, although I would add more storage options, shelves and plants, things like strawberries, chives and other herbs and berries decorating and nourishing me
I really love tiny home's, especially like this so compact. Home's like this can help alot of people. Only wish there was more ventilation. The terrace back door, is great for summer but not for winter. Even if there was a small window in kitchen, or a extractor fan, for regularly air flow. Still one of my favorite tiny homes yet. 😊 Thank you for sharing
Love PACO if you were able to get one that’s redesigned for the big drummer washing machine! Then you’ll finally have a nice compact home with everything anyone will need! 🏡 🏠
I could see myself living in a place like this! As long as the walkways were wide enough for my frame size and I would want it away from such a busy road
Goodness! I super love this house. It is so compact yet you have all you need.. even minimalist couple can live here.. and.... i love the terrace, as you said perfect for reading.. plus coffee ❤😊
This is an amazing idea in theory, but in practice I'd personally want the terrace space to be apart of the house for a little bit more space. I like bigger kitchens and I want a big space for a wide table and a proper PC.
Impeccable! Both the tiny house and the video! The house has such an efficient design and also aesthetically pleasing! It's very welcoming, but I especially love the terrace!
Wow! I really like the idea especially the terrace,, but if u ask me I would replace the bed with a coutch or a daybed and if possible use a portion of that terrace for bedroom. Sleeping area right in front of the door is bit odd to me
Thank you for sharing! I love the art of Japanese tiny house so much. It's incredible to see how much the architect/engineer/creator/builder can do in such a small space.❤
It's a nice design. Can definitely live here. But I think they should remove the sink in the laundry area so a bigger washing machine can be installed.

Super small functional house makes you want to have one and live there: just to find the right outdoor environment👍❤️
Eu gostei muito e quero uma pra mim❤
A varanda, área externa, faz toda a diferença no conforto dessa tiny house, usaria para receber visitas, tomar café, cultivar plantar, guardar bicicleta e secar roupas.
I really love this little house. Best I’ve seen.
Thank you for all the comments! 😊✨
I also love this tiny house.🏠
me encanta!la distribucion de la casita es practica y hermosa, aprovecho el espacio al maximo.
This is an amazing idea in theory, but in practice I'd personally want the terrace space to be apart of the house for a little bit more space. I like bigger kitchens and I want a big space for a wide table and a proper PC.
Wow are you buying this? So cute and cool! With some modifications it'll be even nicer! Buy it already!
It could use some windows in the front, side and back for natural ventilation, but otherwise a nice tiny house for a good price.
Impeccable! Both the tiny house and the video! The house has such an efficient design and also aesthetically pleasing! It's very welcoming, but I especially love the terrace!
I really liked the terrace.
Wow! I really like the idea especially the terrace,, but if u ask me I would replace the bed with a coutch or a daybed and if possible use a portion of that terrace for bedroom. Sleeping area right in front of the door is bit odd to me
i liked the terrace. it made the house seem much bigger!
wow ! it's so beautiful 😻 better than those stairs tiny house
Comfortable! 😍
I just love it, and I think it's my dream home ❤😊 thanks form India 😊
🥰🇮🇳

PACO es perfecto. La terraza te dará calidad de vida. Me gusta mucho ❤
Loved the terrace.
Thank you for sharing! I love the art of Japanese tiny house so much. It's incredible to see how much the architect/engineer/creator/builder can do in such a small space.❤
Love it! Love the terrace.
Oh my God, I LOVE THIS 😍 if i could, i would buy it for sure!! It's perfect for one person
Me gustó Paco. No tanto la terraza... El interior sí. Saludos desde Argentina querido
🥰🇦🇷
Me encanta. Yo re diseño el área de la cocina. ❤❤
It's a nice design. Can definitely live here. But I think they should remove the sink in the laundry area so a bigger washing machine can be installed.
Francisco o Paco (para los amigos) me gusta un mucho.❤ Yo no necesito más para vivir cómodamente. La terracita lo cambia todo.
Love it❤❤❤with a few modifications, it's quite livable, if one has the land of course
Love the Terrace 👍👍
