Hi kitty cat, thanks for your question. I use it everyday, as in, I have mixed it into my serum, but that's because I use one I have made myself. If using a store-bought one, then just make a solution of Glycine to put on first. As always, doing as I do, say, show, write, or whatsoever, is at one's own risk regardless. Nothing I say, show, write, do, or whatsoever, is meant to cure, heal, or prevent anything regardless. Best Jesper BSc
@@JesperOffersenBSc Ok thanks for your quick answer Jesper🥰 I have been taking Nac 1800 mg per day since 1 week and glycine 2 grams per day in one glass of green tea. Now my question is 2 grams of glycine enough with 1800 mg of Nac?
Gosh, the tea must taste and smell awful... Well, see some of my videos on it, but as such I take 2-3 5ml spoons of NAC every day (usually 2), divided over the day, and at present I take 40g (a lot) a day of Glycine, divided over the day, but again see some of my videos on it, if you are a young person then that amount I take might be unnecessary a lot, I'm 47. As always, doing as I do, say, show, write, or whatsoever, is at one's own risk regardless. Nothing I say, show, write, do, or whatsoever, is meant to cure, heal, or prevent anything regardless. @@JesperOffersenBSc @Jesper Offersen I don't have the Nac in my tea I take capsules. But glycine there is no taste or smell in my glycine it taste like sugar is that right? and wow I thought you were around 30 years old 😀I myself am also 47 years old, so I could take 10 grams of the glycine, right?
Hi Tamara Scott, thanks for your question. Collagen consists for a large part of Glycine and as it's a small molecule it might go through the skin barrier and be used in collagen production but most likely more if ingested, however, if you use it on the skin, it will tighten your skin and you will feel a "tightening" sensation during the day (like the skin goes dry but it's not like uuh! I used the soapbar, gosh...), particularly around the eye area where the skin is more delicate. I don't think that Glycine will remove overwhelmingly saggy skin or deep wrinkles on its own, but I believe it helps tightening the skin and reduce sebum/breakouts. You can see another video on Glycine here and how I use it for general "youth-ness" th-cam.com/video/HkvkDYcmZs0/w-d-xo.html I use Glycine every day in my skincare as a serum and as a supplement, however, it will most likely feel "itching or strange" on the skin particularly if it's the first serum one uses after cleansing or indeed after a peeling/scrub. As always, doing as I do, say, show, write, or whatsoever is at one's own risk regardless. Nothing I say, show, write, do, or whatsoever is meant to cure, heal, or prevent anything regardless.
