RECAP 1. Drinking enough water 2. Magnesium and vitamin supplements 3. Stop over eating / eating just enough 4. Warmup , stretches and cool down for injury prevention 5. Reduce sugar consumption 6. Deep Breathing exercises 7. Remove stress related factors 8. Set small , achievable goals 9. Contrast therapy ( hot to cold showers ) 10. Impromptu workouts ( short 2-4 min workouts )
Regarding water intake I recently began following a method a friend recommended: I start my day by drinking about a liter of water (a bit more actually, four 30 cl glasses), before coffee or anything else, and waiting 30 or 40 minutes before ingesting anything else. This way my digestive system gets a daily flush, my body gets fully hydrated first thing in the morning, and I at least get one liter in (I also tend to forget drinking throughout the day). Results have been significant: pressure headaches gone (like Gabriel mentioned) and overall vitality is much improved (including daily morning wood lol). It may also be positively impacting my mood, but this could be due to other factors. Anyway, just thought I'd share.
On the point of warming up, physio friend of mine really changed how I do it. Supposedly half of the benefit of the warm up is the actual warmth, so it's a huge benefit to start out with too much clothes on. Then when you're hot and sweating you can take off the hoodie and sweatpants off and go on doing the bigger, harder moves and dynamic stretching. This has really helped me a lot to get a fast warm up without feeling like Im pushing it too much too fast :)
Thank you Mr. Varga, I come from an underprivileged country and productive information is very hard to get. Im training hard for my first fight I hope to see you fight soon. Again Thanks
Woah!! this video means a lot to me.. I watch all of your videos.. and I have a normal life, full of the usual excuses.. I work full time.. I stay up late.. but this video spoke to me.. and I just might go to sleep on time after my workout.. thank you Gabriel
Been doing some research on how to feel better and how to breath better during my Muay thia training ! For some reason I work so hard and train everyday for about 4 hours straight. Some days I feel good and some days I feel very gased out / tired when hitting the pads ! Anyways I’m so thankful to have ran into your channel and realizing who you are 👊🏻🔥💯 you’re truly an amazing person bro ! All your knowledge that you give back is saving lives and fighting careers !!! Much love and respect too you 🏆 lol can I get an Autograph by the way🤣 if you see this🤣🤣🤣💯🙏🏻
Can you do a video showing the difference of levels between different fighters? Like from beginner ammy traits, to seasoned vet? Something that shows the difference between different classes of fighting? :)
Your videos have been so helpful! I started kickboxing (at VMA, funny enough) a few months ago and your channel has been a constant source of amazing guidance and wisdom. Thanks so much!
I’ve got a bit of a drinking problem, but I’m trying to replace it with a martial arts addiction. I’m poor so I can only box twice a week. Your videos are extremely helpful thanks 🙏
Before january i was a heavy drinker and a heavy smoker. Martial arts among some other practices and responsibilities have done wonders for me. nowadays i dont smoke or drink and have no desire to turn back. I hope everything is going good for you and martial arts has helped you as much as it did for me. Give us an update when you have a chance!
Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us mere mortals. Can you do a video on leg conditioning? Is there any way to make your thighs more resistant to low kicks? I seem to have a problem with my left leg. Just one low kick I cope and I get this deep nerve pain that disables me rightaway. If I can't fix that problem would swithcing my stance be an option since my right leg can take a lot more?
This is awesome so helpful and very reassuring that all the little things are worth it. Regarding sleep champ, do you aim for a certain amount of hours for example 7-8 per night? I always aim for 7 unsure If that enough with consistent training. Love the channel thanks.
Everybody is a bit different, but I think 7.5 hours is optimum for a lot of people. Most people sleep in 45-minute sections, in cycles of 4. So 7.5 hours is 2 and a half cycles. Less than 6 hours is brutal. Also depends on your quality of sleep. Alcohol, stress, and caffeine both interfere with sleep quality.

How long will each training session in march?
I know you’re going to tell me about sleep, but I’m still watching this at 3am….
does anyone know what his intro music is called? love it
It's called Thrilling Chase by Andrew Feklistoff.
@@GabrielVargaOfficial ur a legend
So, you were on the juice?
Gabriel the kind of guy to have fun by drinking 100ml juice once a week.
jk, good video and great points.
Instead of juice try coconut water!
Why did you have to remind me how much sugar is in juice dammit lol
So you meditate?
I guess so. I think of it as visualization but I guess it's pretty similar.
@@GabrielVargaOfficial what do you vidualize?
Those headaches were omaricron covid dummy! 🤦🏼♂️
It's spelled omicron dummy,🤦♂️
