I just picked up a 85 tri z 250 barn find 10 minutes drive time. Guy bought new got it home flipped busted clutch cover. He parked in barn since 85 brand new.
Nice! I bought my first 85 in late 90’s from a friend and it was all original and dad made me sell it because I sold my blaster to another friend to buy the R without asking him lol. Now I have another 85 and don’t have anywhere to ride it in central NJ like we used to in South NJ when I was a kid.
South Jersey used to be a great spot until people started ruining it, riding recklessly, getting hurt, and attracting a lot of attention. Many spots have been shut down or will shut down soon.
Men I'm building my 85 and not gona lie i probably watch your video 50 or more time lol can't go wrong whit a full original survivor 🤘🏻

I'm jealous that is exactly what I want is a barn find all stock R I've had 2 of them sold one and other got stolen miss that thing so bad !
That looks like an 86 front rim it’s lighter gold than the rear ?

I could be wrong, but I thought that the 84 had 250r on the side of the seat and the 85 had ATC?
nope 85 said 250r and 86 said ATC plus it's seat was thicker
